  Simple and Clean Budget Hotel

  Cheap and clean boutique hotel, everything were in order. The room is clean and simple, bathroom is clean and shower works very well. There are some noises from the pub nearby during weekend. The location is very strategic and many eateries nearby, coffee shops, bakery and pokemon stops too. High recommended for short stay with a tight budget.

  Good but not enough

  The expression of receptionist wasnt good to me. He had to drope off his phn conversation for me,thats y may be. And the room wasnt tidy enough. Otherwise the stay was ok. Breakfast was good. So many cafe nearby,very favor.

  Good Service

  Average enough hotel. Good service. Beds are comfortable too. Breakfast in the morning is good. Its a nice spot to stay if you are looking for somewhere cheaper outside of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

  not a pleasant stay.

  this hotel needs a lot of improvement, check in for one night, single bed room, bed & air conditioner was good, towel is provided but I dont see any electric kettle or even a cup in the room, just a bottle of mineral water. perhaps they omitted those items for security reasons. even taking a nice shower is a challenge, shampoo comes in a packet which I myself struggle to open it & the water pressure is just too low! although it is located at a strategic location in Damansara Utama, this relatively small budget hotel will not be my next stop, nor recommend for anyone.

  Never return deposit, bad attitude and used vulgar words to customer

  Bad attitude while asking to return deposit which paid on 13th March 2020. Unprofessional when dealing with the customer. They even used vulgar words, threaten you and so on. Be careful with everything especially your deposit. Poorly recommended.
