  Amazing beautiful property

  Could not fault this hotel it was amazing .. Rooms were large spotlessly clean and well appointed..it was like a luxury hotel ..we had a great stay here. The views are amazing it is a short 10min easy walk down to Sprelonga cento storico and then down to beach the owners were very accomodating and welcoming lovely breakfast ..quiet property even though it was full...would definitely recommend it and stay here again ...thank you for creating such a beautiful establishment and maintaining in such a high standard.

  Worth the walk....

  Trip advisor says that this place is somewhat walkable......I have to say you pay for the magnificent view with sweat if you are walking especially if you are going into town before breakfast for a coffee after breakfast for the beach in the afternoon to go back to the beach and in the evening for your meal....but it's worth it. You can eat a Moresco Big Breakfast ( with the best coffee we had in a hotel on our holiday) ,fortified by that go to the town to eat ice-cream , and still loose weight.....it was hot when we were there but the rooms were lovely and cool thanks to the good quiet air-conditioning and sitting out on the terrace to enjoy the view was wonderful. Alessandro came to fetch us at the bus stop and took us back there when we left for which we were very grateful. We spent one day at their Lido - the first time we have ever paid for a parasol etc - and loved it. We had a day out by bus to Terracina and were glad to come 'home' to the peace and quiet of our hotel and Sperlonga. We would like to come back next year and really recommend it - in spite of the hill!

  Beautiful hotel

  This quiet little hotel is a gem . The bedrooms and public areas are beautiful , spotlessly clean and every detail is attended to . Emily and Alexandro were set on ensuring that we enjoyed our stay and beautiful Sperlonga by arranging transport to a beautiful blue flag beach and arranging taxis for us . We visited Sperlonga in the middle if a heatwave 39-41C and normally would have been able to walk into and out of town therefore not needing a taxi . The walk out of town is uphill all the way ! The views from our bedroom terrace and dining area of the hotel were stunning . All of the staff were friendly and never passed by you without a genuine friendly greeting . We would highly recommend staying here .

  Back for the second time - loved it even more

  My husband and I first stumbled upon this intimate boutique hotel in summer of 2017 and we had an amazing time here. Alessandro and his wife knows how to take care of people and runs this hotel with just the right balance of luxury, care and hospitality. With them, we just know we are well cared for. Whether we forgot to bring the right phone chargers, got a sun rash or forgot beach towels - they always had a seamless remedy. The hotel in a great location, you can walk to the main town while enjoying the view and serenity. The rooms are huge, clean, hot water and pressure is great, you get a private veranda where you can just sit and enjoy the surroundings. Everything is run with love and pride. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and we really enjoyed the wine pairing the staff recommended. We returned this summer and could not bear to leave. Everything was BETTER than we remembered. We are already planning a return in 2 years' time.

  Amazing Hotel in an amazing place with amazing staff

  Where do I start with this hotel-well probably one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in in Italy. Why? Because the staff here are magnificent-the building is beautiful and the view to die for! From the young lady that served us breakfast everyday and knew exactly what my daughters favourite flavour of yoghurt was; to Alessandro and his colleague who did everything in their power to make this stay perfect. Alessandro couldnt do enough for us; from sourcing guanciale and Parmesan, to booking our private beach everyday and even refusing to take a deposit for our stay until we were 100% sure wed make it to Sperlonga in todays strange post Covid travel world. The walk into town was fine, going back was a steep hill but dont be put off as the finest views in Italy are always up a hill. We will be back as we have such a memorable and enjoyable time as the guests of Alessandro and staff-see you next Summer we hope!
