  Excellent service

  The GM Stacy was very helpful and was so sweet to me and my buddy ! I have stayed at this hotel many times before and I must say the new management was best I have seen at this hotel !! Prices are not bad and never really had a bad experience here before but today was most definitely the best customer care I have ever had !! Thank you

  DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

  First of all, we arrived to find out there was no pool, no hot tube....out of order. This place is a dump! Men just hanging out in the hallways, Thank God my husband was with me! Bed hard, room looked like a jail cell.....no dresser, roof was disgusting! Tom Boddett would be embarrassed to know his name is being used to endorse such a place

  Nice clean rooms...

  Clean and convenient parking for our camper. Bed comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. Very cool air conditioner. Have nothing bad to say about this nice room. Love that they take dogs. We have a Shitzu.

  Do Not Stay Here

  My family stayed here out of necessity due to a cross country trip to attend a funeral. On our way back home we will not be staying at this hotel. The room was not clean and debris from the bathroom ceiling was literally falling to the floor. The cubbies where clean towels are kept were dusty as well. The bedding appeared to be clean though. I did not get pictures this trip due to us arriving late at night and leaving early the next morning.

  Amazing service and value

  I stayed here with a few of my relatives and not only was our room a far better value than the one that we had stayed in prior in Kingman, but also the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. We all felt more comfortable here than we did at any other motel that we stayed at during this trip and I will for sure be coming back. The location is less than ideal for someone not used to roads like Canyon Drive, but to me, it was well worth the sacrifice.
