  Buen lugar para una noche

  Decidimos hacer una parada en el viaje de regreso desde Gran Cañon a Los Angeles. Es un hotel bien básico pero correcto en un lugar super tranquilo. Esta pegado a un Diner donde poder comer y desayunar. Buena cama, sin desayuno, con una piscina exterior de agua fría. En fin, un lugar donde volvería a descanasar una noche. Lo recomiendo.

  Hotel en medio de la nada...

  Es un motel de carretera, económico, entre varios moteles, un McDonalds y un Denny's. Buena opción si te pilla de noche en tu ruta. Son pretensiones, habitaciones grandes, con dos camas, teléfono y piscina. Wifi de pago. Sin desayuno pero con café de cortesía por las mañanas. Máquinas de vending, hielo y lavandería a disposición de los clientes.

  A medio camino entre El gran Cañon y los Angeles.

  Fecha de Estancia: Mayo 2017 Noches: 1 Wifi: Si de pago Parking: Si Limpieza: 7/10 Desayuno: No Localización: Lugar tranquilo a medio camino entre el Gran Cañón a los Ángeles. Otros servicios: Piscina, Maquina de hielo, maquina de cafes. Puntos fuertes: Lugar tranquilo. A mejorar: Nos tocó una habitación de fumadores, no tiene ascensor. Resumen: Tened cuidado ya que nosotros llegamos a las 21:30 fuimos sin reservar y solo les quedaba una habitación de fumadores, si sois fumadores no problema pero nosotros que no olía demasiado a tabaco. Había un Jack in the box y un Mcdonalds calle abajo pero por la hora que era solo estaba abierto este último. Suerte que tuvimos si no a saber dónde hubiésemos cenado.

  Beetle Mania

  Avoid this motel at all costs. After a long, hot 9+ hour drive from the Bay Area with my young family of 4 plus a dog, we arrived at the front desk, and only upon arrival were we told by the clerk that they were having a beetle infestation. The clerk made it sound like the beetles were a minor presence and that they had made a huge effort to clean them out and they were not a nuisance, so we got our key and entered the room only to find beetles in the shower (along with stray hairs), beetles on the floor, and beetles in the bed. We immediately told the clerk that this room wouldnt work for us, and she said one other room is available, but it has the same issue with beetles. Motel 6 promises "Clean, comfortable rooms and great experiences, which neither available room came close to fulfilling, so we told the clerk we would not be staying at the motel, and would like a refund. She informed us that only the manager could approve that, and he is currently unreachable, and lives out of state. She assured us that if we called back later, she would put us in touch with him. Fast forward almost two weeks later. After almost daily phone calls to the Needles Motel 6 and corporate HQ seeking a refund, not one returned phone call. By the looks of it, the manager, Mark Patel, is ducking us (I could think of a stronger word), and HQ is claiming its not their responsibility to issue refunds for individually owned franchises. This is a fraud and a sham. Were just trying to get out measly $99 back, and the fact is the room is hardly worth half that in the motels currently dirty and dilapidated condition.

  Worst hotel ever!!!!

  This was the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at - EVER! We were put in the very back - where it was noisy with people letting their little dog run around, they were outside smoking and being loud. The people above us where constantly moving around and it was super noisy in our room (my cats were freaking out in both of the rooms we had because of this). The room smelled like smoke even though the linens did not. One bedspread appeared to have a cigarette burn on it (with a hole) and the other one (the bed I was on) appeared to have blood stains on it. Neither of us slept under the covers that night since everything was so disgusting. We froze all night because we didn't want to turn on the heater in case that was where the smoke smell was coming from and the unit itself looked disgusting. The towels were so thin as well. The shower looked gross (in both rooms) so none of us (three total) took showers that morning either. Thank goodness we were only there one night and just for barely 12 hours or so. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I did not expect this in Needles which is a resort-type town too. I will never, ever, ever stay here again.
