  Good Base

  Decent hotel. Provided the basics. Room was clean. Bathroom was noisy. Walls are thin so heard a lot of other guests -woken one morning by a lot of knocking noises. Check out and in was easy. Nice pool but temperature was always uncertain. Sauna was good. Jacuzzi, which we paid for as part of our stay, wasn't on for the entire 4 days of our trip - disappointed. Some lights in the hallways didn't work. Location was good but next time think will go closer to Gondola. For what we paid and the time of season it served us well. Thanks

  Nice apartment but noisy

  Nice spacious apartments, clean and roomy. WiFi does not reach room unfortunately so can only use in reception. Been kept awake all night by other guests partying. Night security fully aware and did go and te them but made no difference at all, happened a couple of nights ago too so if you like to sleep at night go elsewhere

  Do not recommend .. avoid

  The apartments were under the basic line and very outdated .. the mattress was very very used and low quality and the rooms were quite dirty .. but after all these the price was very high :( would not go here again

  Great location, clean and comfortable

  I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here but was actually pleasantly surprised on arrival. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and modern. I was a bit disappointed that both rooms had double beds as we were under the impression the second bedroom would be a twin but it was fine. The apartment was modern and clean. The beds were super comfortable and although an odd shape, the pillows were really ok. The kitchen was well equipped with everything in good working order. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on the food or service in the restaurant. The Jacuzzi was in working order as was the pool. The only (major) problem we had in aparrtment A6 was that the shower in the en suite bathroom leaks all over the floor. The water does not drain and shower tray feels like you are going to collapse when you are standing on it and it looks rather old. We thought we would make do with the shower in the main bathroom but the holder for the shower head was broken so you could only use it as a hand held shower-not ideal. When I reported the flooding problem to reception, the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and said that there was a problem with the plumbing in the whole block and implied there was nothing they could do. This is not really good enough, being half term the apartment was not cheap so you expect facilities to be in working order or at least fixed if not. The management really need to look at this as it would put me off coming again.

  Lovely apartment with fireplace and practically on the ski slope.

  We loved the apartment we stayed in, particularly the fireplace in the evening. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, the kids had a separate bedroom and the kitchen was very useful for preparing meals. Beautiful views too. The hotel has its own ski shop which was very convenient. We cross a little forest and we were on the ski slope nice and early in the morning. In the evening it was a short walk to the town center and the restaurants as well. The pool and sauna looked a bit dated but nevertheless we still use them a few times. The Jacuzzi didnt work. Overall we had a lovely holiday in Mountain View and Bansko is a charming town. Hopefully we will be able to return next winter and will be happy to stay here again.
