  Mutlu Apartments.

  We came here last year, and we returned this year. Have to say, it was great. Okan and his team are great, they make you feel welcome, helpful and always smiling. A credit to the hotel. Room was comfortable just what we wanted to use it for, great location for local amenities. Hopefully we will sneak another trip there before the end of the year. Keep up the good work. Hopefully see you again soon, if not, see you next summer.

  A lovely hotel with brilliant staff

  This was my second trip to Mutlu and I cannot wait to return next year. The hotel is located in a prime area close to everything you need with a supermarket across the road and a shop next door. There is also a shopping mall a short few minutes away. The rooms are cleaned every day and the bedding / towels changed every 3rd or 4th day. Air con cost me 60 pounds for 9 nights which was worth it for us. We upgraded to the king suite for 60 pounds on the last night which I would advise everyone to do it's such a grand room, a video of it is available on there Instagram page. We also paid 20 pounds for a late check out at 5pm. The food is lovely and very reasonably priced. I. E a burger and chips between 34 to 45 lira (£3.50 - £4.50) A local efes beer is 25 lira and a wine 35 lira. They have happy hour between 4 and 6 making some cocktails bogof (equivalent of £2.50 each) The beach is around a 5 minute straight walk from the back of the hotel, you can hire two loungers and a umbrella on the beach for 30 lira. The staff at mutlu are so keen to entertain you and make you happy. The owners sons are very good at what they do and are very good at their work in the bar area, even hosting late night karaoke sessions (when they are not banned) and helping me and my partner on numerous occasions. However, the day bar worker and evening bar worker are amazing!!! They work extremely hard in very busy circumstances but always smile, and they are so friendly. They make the mutlu what it is and I think their service style far out weighs the other staff I. E reception and management. They deserve a pay rise! The ambience and atmosphere at mutlu is second to none and I would advise everyone to go there.

  Fabulous as always

  Another visit to the mutlu again this year and as always a nice warm welcome from management and staff. The mutlu was COVID conscious and everything was set up to adhere to the rules with as little disruption as possible so well done everyone! Mutlu is clean and tidy and has everything you require from a self catering apartment. It is situated a few minutes walk from the seafront which is abundant with restaurants, bars and shops aplenty with great bargains to be had. Although it was a little quieter this year the Turkish never faultered once on their hospitality and smiling faces. Personal thanks to Okan and the hugest respects to the staff especially Jimmy (Uur) you are an incredible young man with a bright future I wish you every success! Thanks to Metin for your hospitality and not to forget the cleaners who as always do an amazing job! Oh! And thank you for setting up my surprise 50th. Try it for yourself you wont be disappointed!

  Excellent Apartments

  My first stay at Mutlu and i have to say i was very impressed. The Mutlu is very central to everything. Shops , beachfront and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would definatley recommend the Mutlu and will be returning . Thanks for an amazing holiday

  Great stay at the mutlu

  Got to say the mutlu is a nice place to stay very clean and tidy. Would recommend to friends who are thinking of going to Altinkum only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the bars. But I have to say a big thankyou to okan the manager my partner became ill spoke to okan and he got on the phone straight away to a doctor and within 10 minutes a car picked us up to go to the doctor which was first class. Okan asked how she was every time he saw us can't wait to go back to the mutlu next year all the staff were great
