  Substitution Surprise

  Our planned resort closed unexpectedly due to COVID-19. We were shifted to Mystique without notice and without options. The staff did all they could to make it fun and enjoyable for us. If you are looking for a budget resort with a top notch staff, Mystique is a great option,

  Excellent

  The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed every aspect of the trip. From Bartenders Nigel and Troy and the DJ from the weekdays, the entire staff really made my birthday special. Very intimate and overall great experience. I will be returning very soon.

  COVID struggles

  The staff did the best they could under covid restrictions. Water temperature in rooms was issue as was the lack of knowledge of front desk staff regarding covid closures in the area. Would have appreciated more fresh fruit and vegetable options.

  Honeymoon trip 6 days

  I came here because my original hotel canceled due to COVID19. First of all Jennifer and her staff did literally everything in their power to make our stay amazing which it was. It's all-inclusive resort with all you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, All of which are amazing. The oceanfront beach view at our room was spectacular as well as everyone in the hotel I was never was told nor did I witness any other guests being told no the entire time. The review about lack of fruits is laughable, I literally witnessed a table order a lifetime supply of fruit BEFORE their breakfast. So anything you want they will get it for you with a smile. Dallian Troy Annaleyse and everyone literally were great. This was a delightful experience and I will be returning here for any future stays. it's one of the best beaches on the island, even though it's a little far from the airport it's worth the trip. Final note they went above and beyond to make our honeymoon enjoyable and it was! and so thank you guys. from Raphael and Olivia

  a wonderful place for a vacation

  I will start by saying that the place was very accommodating considering that we we under a Level 4 Covid restriction. there was a curfew starting at 7pm. but on top of that we were not allowed off the grounds. Anyway. the people were all very Nice. I will start with Chris who runs the water activities at Resort. T went above and beyond to assist you with anything you may need. he let us take the boat out for an hour at at time. The food was all excellent from Breakfast to Dinner ( Mahi Mahi Salad with Citrus Dressing staring at Blue water!!) all the bartenders and waitstaff were extremely friendly. it was unfortunate we could not shop in the town and have dinner off premise. It seems like the town, which you could walk to, would most likely been alive and busy had it nor been for Covid. I felt bad for the Locals trying to earn a living selling there things on the beach it must be hard for them, but they know I gave them money just so they could have it. This was a first to St Lucia I am sure we will be back.
