  Walking in and then Impossible to see the room before paying ! !!

  Tipical of hotel scam to avoid, you can not see the room but you have to pay first, instead of proposing a better price than agoda they prefers to try to trick my wife and i. They were thinking that we came in taxi and that we had no choice,so bad we were with our own car .

  Luxury......

  We stayed here for couple of nights, when visiting the Khao Kheow Open Zoo. There was hardly any other quests. Huge infinity pool. Clean rooms. Friendly service. OK breakfast, served to our room. Seawiev from the room balcony. Spectacular thunderstorm on the first night. Recommended.

  Nice place, shabby surroundings

  I enjoyed the one night getaway I had at the Nara. Very spacious room, nice view of the ocean, a very large and clean pool. Even our included breakfast was served to our room. This apparently is standard. So very much liked the place. But the surroundings are not nice. The beach is shabby and dirty. There is no place to walk and enjoy the ocean views. We were even warned not to go into the water. Very sad. I never will understand how people are so indifferent as to trash their surroundings...

  Good location

  We spend one night in a very spacious room which was well equipped and comfortable partial ocean view. The pool is very large and clean. Breakfast is served in room, we love that. Friendly and helpful staff.

  Potential to be a high class hotel but...

  The hotel is beautiful with big rooms and beautiful pool but the place is not maintained at all. Everywhere In the hotel is gathering dust and the hotel looks so dirty ! The mid floor has a patio outside where you can play mini golf. By the pictures it looked gorgeous but when you get there its so run down that youre ashamed to take a photo. The room was big and bed was comfortable. It was so dirty inside though that I was scared I was going to catch a disease. The kitchen cabinets all falling apart and bathroom smelt of sewer. After a shower I went to out on a robe but I noticed it was all stained with food probably from the guests before. Honestly the hotel is very beautiful and staff are very friendly. Thats why I still gave a score of 3 . With a thorough clean up from top to bottom this hotel could be a top class hotel
