  Balchik for a quick-scapade...

  Hotel Naslada Balchik is in one word, poor... poor general opinion, poor services, poor staff, damaged rooms, towels were not changed once in 5 day stay, no room cleaning only the trash got collected, damaged water installation, the pool was unavailable in 2 days, ... poor... the only positive thing is the low price...

  Bad hotel

  The hotel does not meet the categorization at all ***. The apartment is so small and without any amenities. The bedroom is so small that the bed occupies it all. The door could not be opened wide. The furniture in the apartment was just gathered from the garbage. All were deformed or broken. The bathroom is definitely in need of repair. The shower was broken. The bathroom is literally 1 step and is combined with a toilet. Being aware of the fact that everywhere there is a lack of elementary cleaning. There was room cleaning, but it was wiping the floor. There is no change of towels, sheets-nothing. The only plus is the clean pool and the beautiful garden. In general, there was a need for many improvements, even at the reception desk (the soft furniture smelled horribly and was torn).

  Hotel Naslsda is a quiet and calm place for a family holiday

  Hotel Naslsda is located in touristic region of small Bulgarian city Balchic. This city is famous for the residence of last Romanian Queen Mary and amazing botanical garden around this small palace. The hotel is situated in a few steps from a gate of a territory of the residence and in a ten minutes of walking from a sea coast with a sandy beach. The hotel is a quiet and calm place for a family holiday, but on a reception you can find a lot of offers for activities and excursions to historical, cultural or natural sites. In the hotel there are tree buildings with a simple but comfortable rooms, several apartments, two swimming pools, bar, and dining hall. Owner of complex in the past was an artist-painter and often invites art groups for plein-air. There are a lot of watercolor an graphic picutres on the wall of the dining hall. A view on the botanic garden and sea coast opens from the balcony of the rooms. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and understands Russian and English and ready to help you if needed. Near the hotel there are several shops, small restaurants with local traditional and sea foods. There are a lot of cafes, bars and souvenir shops on the sea coast. If you want to find night life you can come to this seaside street where you can see several disco bars. If you want to visit real night club you must go to Albena great resort near Balchik. If you find base for traveling on north Bulgarian sea cost this hotel for you. You can rent a car and open cape Kaleakra with ancient Greek and Roman city, monastery Aladga with cave churches, archeological sit Dionisopol, ancient temple of Pontic mother of gods Kibela and other museums and interesting places for yourself.

  Scammers

  We have reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights and when we have arrived the rooms were nkt available anymore but offered twin beds economic instead at the same price when they was much cheaper, in the hotel was a very bad smell, in the rooms also the same, similar to metan or somenthing dead. We leave the hotel because of that, they took us the money for nothing. We got scammed and with no posibility to contest.

  Película de terror

  El baño incómodo si uno estaba en la ducha otra persona no podía hacer uso del baño, el colchón nefasto, no se si fue casualidad o había algún bicho pero me levanté con varios granos en la espalda, ademas había ruido que no supimos de donde venía como de obras, pero eran las 23h con lo cual de obras no serían. Lo único bueno una recepcionista que fue agradable.
