  Pleasant experience Comparatively fair deal

  If looking for relaxing at a beautiful countryside place, this would be a relatively good value for money choice. Recommended for couples and families wishing to spend a few days in a reasonably decent hotel with fascinating lake view. > Room: cozy, adequately clean and spacious (for a four membered family), well heated, sufficiently maintained, with fireplace > View: rooms, restaurant, (outdoors) swimming pool and other spots of the hotel offer a wonderful view at the lake and surrounding mountain tops > Food: decent breakfast, elegant dinner menu, average portions > Staff: polite, friendly, helpful > Service: most times service is satisfactory but during busy periods, despite the personnels eagerness, there may be some deficiencies > Location: wonderful landscape, quiet site, convenient distance from most attractions and available activities > Access: freely reached by car (when no icy road), parking space available but rather insufficient in busy periods > Amenities: very good WiFi coverage > Activities: Not much to do within the hotel, not much nightlife in nearby villages but horse-riding, hiking, cycling and more to enjoy in amazing sceneries; reaching closest town takes about an hour or so

  Fantastic views of the lake

  A wonderful lake view when having breakfast or eating in the restaurant of the hotel. The hotel is well organized and has many amenities. I did not try the spa due to time constraints but the brochures shows a very good setup. The rooms are very clean and the staff are extra friendly. Well recommended.

  Excellent place and amazing customer service!

  We stayed at a deluxe suite for 3 nights. The three things that I look for in a hotel were there. 1. It was clean to perfection 2. The services and the personnel was amazing and friendly 3. It had the perfect lake view. No need to say more. Great experience. Highly recommended.

  Good but...

  We changed from a 3 person stay to a 2 person stay but they couldn't change the price.so we paid for 1 extra person not even being there. The facilities could of been cleaner. The room was spacious, the view is a big highlight. Also the toilet was constantly dripping.

  Accessible hotel at Plastira lake.

  Great location and very helpful staff! Menios, Stefanos and Mihalis helped us a lot! It had an awesome breakfast with a magnificent view and a big variety. Big room with a fireplace. I would love a massage but it was Covid forbidden.
