  no lo recomiendo!!!!

  Estuvimos más de una hora discutiendo con James (el recepcionista) porque no reconocía nuestro voucher de Despegar.com. De pronto, se dio cuenta de su error y nos dio la habitación. Cuando entramos, no estaba preparada!!!!! Otra hora de espera! La habitación daba a la calle y durante toda la noche un hombre en la puerta hablaba por celular a los gritos. Nuestra cama era casi un catre y el baño, ni hablar, se le caian las canillas!!!!! No vayan, debe haber alojamientos mejores!

  do not go there!!!

  Due to the bankruptcy of the company managing the apart hotel I had to leave the flat with 12 hours notice. I paid for two week and I lost one week of rent. The dishonest staff accepted the payment when the hotel was about to close... Apparently they are still trying to rent out some of the flats. Be careful

  Good if you stay a couple of nights.

  We had a little problem with the window (did't close very well) and because of that it was kind of cold in the room. The beds were OK but th sofa was not that great. Besides that, everything was OK. The location is very good (8-10 minutes to closest metro station, and about 25-30 minutes from city center by walking). The appartment was clean and at a good price. It is OK if you want to stay a couple of nights in Brusseles.

  Just great

  The hotel has had it's problems over the past year and was forced into bankruptcy. Its now running again and is a really good place to stay. The rooms are large, mine was 45 meters with kitchen, large windows onto gardens and a good lounge area. For long term stays the place is perfect. At a price of 85 euro a night this is unbeatable value in the Louise area. The staff are lovely. Everyone worked hard to make my stay a good one. I will come back. This place is quiet and relaxed

  Good location, reasonable price

  The new management are reasonably efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked, apart from one light bulb. Good shower, even though it came from the bath taps. Also the location is good - very close to a tram stop on Avenue Louisa, so you can be in Le Grand Place in 20 minutes or so. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC: various fittings were hanging out of the wall, including the security chain on the very stiff sliding window onto the slightly dodgy patio, where the boards tend to pop up when you step on one end. However, the only real problem is that you can't rely on reception being manned during the hours promised - which anyway are only 9.00-19.00. They may decide to leave early, in which case you could find you can't gain access to your room till the next day! So make sure you're very clear about when you plan to arrive, and allow yourself some leeway.
