  Far far away

  The location is a real deal far! the breakfast is very standard. but they have minimarket downstair, and atm centre, too. The elevator is off in night. The room is good, clean, and big. I think location is the main problem. If you want to explore Bali, you better find another hotel

  Terrible hotel - not recommended

  Appearance vs reality. This is worst hotel I've ever met so far. it said 3 stars categorized but realistically only a star which local called it "melati hotel". First impression getting in the lobby in this hotel by day was spooky, lobby was so dark. every lamps going off. It was at 2.30 PM when I was checked in. hotel placed us on 2nd floor, exactly on room 217 - 219. As I was felt it is spooky, then hotel changed head to head room on 212 - 214 with pool view. At first, seems okay but when I saw the bathroom, surprised, toilet very dirty ( pardon .. there's menstrual blood around also human waste plus many ants infest around it ). 2 rooms provided had common condition stated. in short word, I left this hotel immediately without stayed in any longer. Am personally dd not recommend for booking this hotel in the next future for travellers. I tried to asked for refund from the hotel as well as from p***p***i.com , but can not. At least I try to.

  Bad Experience

  In a training activity, stay for 3 days at this hotel. The first day of check in, I got the room with hot ac, phone out of service. Then moved to another room . It turns out all the rooms, air conditioning was never cleaned, Filters on ac full of dust. . The condition hotel is poorly-maintained. Its bad experience i ever had sofar.

  Attending conference.

  Hotel really has potential. The ballroom has no tower which is really great. We are hundreds of people gathered for money magnet meeting in nirmala hotel. They also provides musholla for muslim guest near the ballroom, small but clean. The only thing is they do not properly manage the wudhu station, just the hanging pipe with water flowing down. It is need to be maintained because it will related with an aesthetic aspect. Thank you.
