  3nights at niza

  I booked by my self via internet ,it was my first visit of ankara and i wanted to spend my days in a hotel near the VFS global (you can go there by walkng ). I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and breakfast is really good . you can find kugulu park and ataturk bulv and ofcourse tunali hilmi (the most important bars and shops are in that street) free internet every where in hotel , you have tea and coffee fasilities (with 2bottle of water and tea,coffee)in your room and slippers and safety box ofcourse.

  Good Stay for 3 nights

  I like this hotel. It has everything you need, and the location is perfect. Near to Tunali or Kizilay. The room and the bed is perfect. The staffs are beyond perfect. I tried to stay again for the following week but it was full so they arranged a room in next hotel, CK Farabi. I realized that i left my book in Niza Park, the next day, i found it in my room in CK Farabi.

  Nizza park hotel

  Hotel is good and very cheap. Brekfast is good. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. But problem is that people smoking in their rooms even it is prohibited. Smoke is emtering your room and it is very bad especialy if you are non smoker.

  Not very clean and in-elaborate

  I have been staying here for over a year for the sake of some staff and location. Normally you expect to be treated better way as a loyal customer but every time I stay at this hotel the same guy has never been nice and polite. Finally this morning as my return was late hour, I asked for late (2.30 pm) check out (before I witnessed so many times that they allowed Arabic customers for late check out like 5.00 pm).. however the person -in his 40s with less hair- who works in reception not only he rejected my request in unprofessional way, when I asked the reason (the hotel wasnt full at all) was also so rude to me. Every time I stayed there he was always rude. However I constantly went back there for the sake of other kind staff. The guy that I mention doesnt even look at your face when speaking and wasnt very apologetic for his behavior at all and it is shame really to see a man talking to a woman like that, let alone a staff. So this time as a paying customer I wont be tolerating this kind of rudeness. Even though the location is good and some stuff are really helpful, the rooms are not the way they appear in the pictures; they are not very clean and there is always a funny smell in them. The beds, the mattresses and the bathrooms are very old that one cannot be sure their cleanliness. They allow smoking in the rooms which is not very appropriate for non smokers. It didnt matter how much I air the room, still smelled awful. I definitely wont be back and I just wanted people to know the situations and what kind of person runs the reception.

  An Average Business Hotel

  Breakfast was good and enough but delicious and good quality.Location is consulate area , silent neighborhood and 400m far away from Kugulu Park and Tunal Hilmi Street.There are market and restaurants on its street. Reservation was including cradle for baby,but they behave as they did not informed and they said that its busy with other family.They provided us one on next day.In addition they did not have toothpaste/brush as it must for 4 star hotels.
