  When looking for hotel recommendations, you are not too interested because the rooms are carpeted. As soon as you enter the room it turns out that the room is clean, the combination of room colors makes the room bright and comfortable. The view from the room is also good. Breakfast is pretty good and in the room decorated with animal towels and very good service from Ms. Fitri who helped me with any information, thank you Novotel and her staff for very good service

  nice view to the sea

  Comfortable room with standard amenities. The bathroom is open concept. The room offers a nice view to the sea. Located in a strategic location in the city of Bandar Lampung. The breakfast at this hotel is standard but lots of variety, I was very warmly welcomed from the start of entry until departure and very good service from Ms. Fitri for information about the outside in the hotel and my room was very neatly decorated and very nice.

  DISSAPOINTED

  I had a reservation for 2 rooms at the Novotel Lampung on December 30, 2020 on behalf of Mr.Benny Sadikin, but for reasons of the Covid Policy, I finally shifted the reservation to January 1, 2021. I already made a cancellation for the reservation on December 30th but it turned out that it was later known to fail. So, my first reservation was considered a no-show by Novotel Lampung. Even though on January 1, 2021, I still came and checked-in, without feeling that the reservation on December 30 was a no-show (because I felt it had been canceled). I've already called the reservation department several times and sent an email as well, but the answer was unsatisfied and dissapointing. I dont see that the management have the willingness to maintain their regular customer. It's okay, thats your right anyway. Thank you

  Poor Novotel, not functioning shower, electricity blackout and also poor services

  We recently spent one night at this Novotel Lampung recently, from 4th to 5th March 2021, and thank God we didnt stay longer. I made the booking directly on ALL (Accor) website, since I am also a member of their frequent guest program. We chose Novotel because its relatively much newer hotel compared to Sheraton Lampung, but its a big mistake - Sheraton is a much better hotel compared to this Novotel. The only good thing about this hotel is their location and view to Teluk Betung sea. The rests are relatively not good... - Bathroom rain shower was not working so we are forced to use only hand shower to bath, which is very inconvenience. - Furthermore, water pressure is also very low, make it worse bathing experience - The room fridge was locked! You need to call them just to use the fridge, and its not even working well... not chilled at all. - Hair dryer is very old - No safe deposit in the room to store your valuables - Aircon not consistent, stop working at night so you woke up because room was stuffy... when I asked / complaint about it the day after, the front desk staff said it happens because electricity supply was cut off... I wonder what did the genset do then? - We were trapped in the elevator twice in 2 days 1 night stay... again because of electricity supply was cut off? - Poor health protocols: some guests were left wonder around without masks. - Poor health protocols during breakfast: they serve buffets style breakfast with self service... you can see guests were getting their foods without wearing their masks properly, very irresponsible during this pandemic situation. The staffs didnt do anything. Isnt this considered as a breach to health protocols imposed by the government where buffets style should be served by employees?... I thought guests should not be allowed to collect their own foods for buffet style during this pandemic situation... - Food selections are plenty during breakfast but quality is just basic or average only... - Wifi connection is unstable, I got disconnected very often... internet speed is very slow as well.. Next time Ill choose Sheraton, which is also 40% cheaper ... with better foods and services.

  Inconvenience stay

  This Hotel provides bad impression on Novotel and Accor: - Air conditioning not working consistently, I woke up because the room was little bit stuffy.. - Rain shower not working, its leaking so must use hand shower to bathe which is very inconvenience, water pressure is also very low - Trapped in elevator due to electricity blackout, which according to the staffs apparently happening regularly - Poor health protocols at the restaurant, breakfast is served in full buffet style where guests (many not wearing masks properly) get their own foods by themselves. Dont Novotel understand that buffet foods must only be served by the restaurant employees only during this pandemic situation? - Fridge was locked? Must call and ask staffs to unlock it before can use it... and its not even cold! - Wifi connection is unstable, get disconnected often and slow internet speed...
