  Uncomfortable and Awkward

  Upon arrival at this motel, we visited the reception straight away (which is clearly a part of their living residence). The smell instantly took my breathe away and was quite unpleasant. We had book for a family of four 2 children, 2 adults and once we entered the room we had to discover that one child would have to sleep on a pull out sofa which was rock hard and very bony. No blankets or pillows were provided for sofa and when asked at reception about pillows we were told to use the pillows off the main bed. As we had been travelling for 8 hours we decided that resting on the couch with pizza and TV would be ideal only to find that the TV cut out every five seconds and as TV did not have smart function weren't able to connect via Netflix etc. Booking an apartment for a family of four and only being supplied with minimal condiments (soap etc) and reading in the information folder that we are to take out our own rubbish otherwise you'd be charged is a little bit of a joke.

  Value for money

  For the price paid this motel was exceptional. Very clean which is one of the most important things to me. While the toilet and shower were older they were extremely clean. Will definitely stay here next time

  I really enjoyed my stay!

  I stayed here with my 10month old son, we were here for about 2-weeks and we loved it! Everything you need is in the room; a little kitchen (with microwave, stovetop, small fridge, sink, cutlery, plates, bowls, toaster, cooking pots, coffee, tea and hand-towels), a comfortable sofa, a TV, a table and chairs, and good WiFi. The bathroom is super clean with an awesome hot and powerful shower, the floor and beds are also super clean, I was able to borrow a high-chair for my son too! There is also a laundry where you can wash and dry your clothes. It is walking distance to town, very very close indeed. Very convenient. There are also little shops nearby where you can buy necessities such as milk, cereal, nappies etc. The place is comfortable and the owners are very helpful, friendly and kind. I have only good things to say about this place.

  2 night stay part of a long trip

  hotel is just basic , small shower place had been renowated using paper to laminate the floor in the bathroom , (very badly done) this is a tripping hazard. We had problems with the air conditioning it switched itself off during the night , we were sitting in the cold and were unable to start the unit again. The accommodation is unsuitable for disabled people as there are stairs, could not use my mobility scooter. this hotel is not close enough to the centre, there is still a fair walk, which I can not do, it also was very noisy. seating area to small

  Barely Average!

  Nice host, we had family of seven, 4 adults, 3 kids, arrived onsite, ameneties are there. We stayed in older villa section upstairs and found layout awkward, half the windows didnt lock, internet was non existent, shower was ok. I know its not always easy to house a group of our size but $$$$ for what we got seemed a bit rich. Wouldn't stay here again.
