  Best service great place

  Visited Palais Royal during a business trip for ten days, previously on a work trip to Ekaterinburg I stayed in a couple places and non matched this place, here you will get food 24/7 and the kindest service on a professional level, the traffic in Ekaterinburg is not too bad so even though this place is outside the centre of the city, it is totally worth to stay here, besides delicious food and great service there is a Russian traditional banya with massages that even go 25-50% off on price for clients staying at the hotel, depending on the time of the day. Overall recommend as a restaurant, spa, and hotel. Will definitely be staying here the next times I will be there.

  Great place with great people

  Stayed 4 nights and thought the rooms were big, clean and nice and most importantly all the staff were very nice and accommodating; breakfast was always a lot and a varied; restaurant room service always ready and happy to help. No complaints !!!

  Basic hotel Clean rooms Out if town but taxi fare very reasonable less than 300 rubles to centre/ stadium Staff extremely friendly Cooked us breakfast @ 6:00 am when we arrived so we can go to sleep and be ready for match A receptionist who couldnt speak English used her Samsung smart phone to translate Good value Thank u

  Bad experience

  I had a really bad experience in this hotel. We had a group of people from Peru. We paid the breakfast and they charged to the clients several times. Some clients they paid the nights as well. The manager didnt help us with the problems. They didnt have people in the reception who speak Spanish to help our clients. Definitely I dont recommend this hotel for groups

  Excellent hotel with excellent people

  I spent four days at the Palais Royal at the turn of 2019 and 2020. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city near the airport and offers a very quiet and comfortable stay. Transfer to the city center is no problem. The stay also enriches the neighborhood " " = traditional Russian sauna with an interesting offer of services. The hotel is well equipped for your stay. I greatly appreciated the hotel restaurant, which works at the level of hotels of the highest categories. The menu is great, the restaurant staff is perfectly professional and the chef is a magician. Huge thanks for truly gourmet experiences and great staff work. All staff are the pride of the hotel. Everyone I met made my stay very pleasant. Sales manager-Irina, who organized for me the New Year's Eve, waiter Maxim and his colleagues at the restaurant, Receptionist-Ksenia and Agam - Hotel Protection Officer, and all the others who make a great company. Thank you all for a beautiful four days. Staying in the hotel I highly recommend.
