  Great last minute break

  It is a small, quiet hotel near some bars, restaurants and shops with a free bus service to the beach (free loungers and parasols once you get there). The rooms are clean and freshly decorated with plenty of storage space and modern TVs. The food is typical Turkish-style buffets but with the option of an a la Carte menu if you want a change. Their prices are slightly lower than the nearby bars and restaurants. All the hotel staff speak some English and were very friendly and helpful (especially Donna on Reception and Hakan in the restaurant). The dolmus stops at the top of the road so it is easy to get into Side itself or Manavgat for the market. This is an excellent hotel to use as a base for discovering the local sights and we would definitely go again.

  A stopover

  We stayed here for one night on route to Konya. The room was newly decorated and clean. We had booked for dinner which was limited, a choice of meze and one chicken dish. The beach is close by as are the ruins which were worth the walk. My only gripe is that as the hotel has a lot of Scandinavian guests the menu was priced in euros and this was not made clear but it did explain why the prices seemed cheap! A good budget hotel.

  Not a three star hotel

  Just back from our holiday in Turkey after a week with very high temperatures (40 C.). This hotel has a lot of missings if you expect a normal three star hotel: - no soap in the bathroom - only one towel pro person - all electric current is out when you leave the room. That means that the air condition just work when you are in the room and it works bad. IT tTook about two hours to reach a comfortable temperature (25 C.). And you can only have one keycard pr. rooom. (The keycard has to be used to get current). - No airconditioned public areas - even not the reception. - Bad cleaning. Our room was cleaned up two times in the whole week. - The linen wasn't changed the whole week. - The cleaning staff took our shower caps first time they cleaned the room (they were placed on a hook). Would have been ok if they had put some new in the bathroom but they didn't. - The breakfast is not good. The staff at the reception was very kindly and helpfull.

  Absolutely Loved It

  We just came back from Turkey and absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very spacious clean and nicely decorated. This hotel really provides everything you would need or want. It was at a very reasonable distance from the beach. The pool was the perfect temperature and we never had a problem finding a lounge. The concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. There were a few small problems but the management was quick to resolve those. They speak English fluently and always eager to help. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because they deserve to be recognized for providing an excellent atmosphere for me and my family.

  This is terrible!!

  Went there for 14 days in august. Rooms were not cleaned before we asked for it 5 times. Then they could come late in the evening for doing the beds and cleaning. And they asked us to go out of the room so they could clean. (We were out of the room from early morning until late afternoon-so they could have done it then) Juicemachine were not cold, kaffemachine were often out of order. They asked us to leave the breakfastroom ten minutes before the breakfast ended. "Turkish time" he said when i tried to explain that the breakfast was not over. They did not fill up the plates when they were emphty, glasses and cups were not clean, and often you could not find any when you should have breakfast. There were no refrigator in the room, and if you hired one, it would not work when you were out of the room, as the electrisity went out when you went out of the rom. The same did aircondition. The two first days the internet were free, but then they say that it cost money. The water did not get out of the shower, and when i asked the cleaner to fix it, she asked me to go and borrow a ting to get it fixed with in the reseption. When i did, the man there said that he did not have such tings there. I believe him:) We tried to have dinner there, but we never tid that again. It were chicken with no sausage, dry like hell. But..if you bring your own broom, and things to clean with, are ready to go elsewhere for food, the beeds were ok to sleep in after you have made it up your self. (Thats if there were noone in the restaurant, who were lokated outside of the rooms. A couple of people drinking, partying, and arguing loud there until early morning, keept us all awake one night)
