  Hotel normal, excelente atención en recepción

  El hotel es normal, para mi gusto le hacen falta renovaciones. El personal que atiende en el área de desayuno es bastante descortés. Las camas son cómodas, y la habitación es un poco fría. Quien hizo una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia de hospedaje fue Oliver Fernández, quien se aseguró de que estuviésemos de diez. :)

  Took a dump in the toilet

  Hi all i have to speak about how unpleasantly this accommodation is. The staff are right stuck up i don't know whether it was a bad day for them but i got the worst part of the stick and got ignored and spoke to like poo. entered the room ie (more like a prison cell) needed the fattest nuclear bomb going (Poo) so decided to declare war on the toilet spent a good 30 minutes unleashing hell on the Bog flushed the toilet afterwards for it to return with mighty revenge and not go down the toilet. TURNS OUT THE TOILET WAS BLOCKED AND I COULDN'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! SO I HAD TO STAY THE NIGHT WITH A F@$%@$% STINK BOMB IN THE BOG. SORT IT OUT!!!!!

  Gorgeous meal

  So this is the 1st time we have visited the restaurant for a meal. What a brilliant night and meal - absolutely loved it! David and Ryan outstanding service, highly recommend. The roast dinner was gorgeous, loads of succulent turkey - so nice!

  Highly recommend - if you havent been give it a try !

  Following a recommendation off a friend I visited with my family bubble for a meal . Booked in advance over phone and receptionist was helpful . Everywhere spotlessly clean and tables well spaced out . Covid guidelines followed helping us feel reassured and safe . We all had different meal choices and all were delicious . Ryan working in the bar is friendly and efficient . We often visit an other nearby restaurant, but from now on Park Hotel is where we will go as prices noticeably cheaper , all round service is high, and food consistently good. Credit to David and team for looking after us all so well , Thankyou .see you soon !

  Festive Cavery Evening

  A must-see,The stunning Christmas lights invite you in, go inside the decor is fabulous the Christmas trees and candy canes are special, the reception staff were so helpful & accommodating, made to feel so welcome by all the staff.especially Cathy the waitress. On arrival we could not believe our eyes at the size of the Christmas Carvery platter for 6 people,£10 per head,no pressure covid safe, Absolutely Brilliant this is our second visit in 2 months and we will be back, Great offers on food

  Great hotel.

  A great overnight stay at the Park Hotel for the P!nk concert at Anfield. A very friendly and efficient welcome from the Reception ladies and a lovely room with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Impressive standard of cleanliness and no noise, so a good night's sleep. We had a bar meal late afternoon which was very good and decided to book breakfast for the next morning also good. Service in the bar and for breakfast was excellent. All staff at the Park Hotel were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble, didn't feel like we were just a number.

  95th birthday

  Just visited the Park Hotel what a fantastic experience we had. Service food and staff were amazing. We were celebrating my uncle's 95th birthday the made his birthday very special thank you Becky for making it a special day. We will definitely return

  Don't come here.

  The room I stayed in was in dire need to decorative repair. All the furniture was missing chunks out of it. The wall paper was either dirty or coming off. The TV didn't have any channels, the bathroom smelt musty. There were squished flies in the roller blind and ivy was growing into the windows. The breakfast was oozing with grease. At check in I was told I had bed and breakfast, I replied with I do not know as I didn't personally book the hotel and then was told at breakfast it was not included.

  Perfect wedding day

  My brothers wedding was on Friday, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The park hotel staff could not do enough to help. All staff and hotel are amazing. We stayed the night before (the bride and two bridesmaids) in the Golding room which was amazing!!!!! The room is so spacious and clean. The staff brought us up breakfast, then later, nibbles and Prosecco, they kept us informed of all the days proceedings! The wedding breakfast was excellent, the food throughout was delicious. Would definitely recommend for the wedding package or any other occasion. Would like to thank Steph, Wendy and all the staff who made this a special day for us all. We cannot thank you enough.
