  Pésimo aburrido..

  Pésimo aburrido atención muy baja. Nada que hacer viejo sin vida. Solo para pareja de dos personas sin hijos. Todo lo que se diga es poco centro muy chico. perdida de dinero. no recomendable. Sin vida.

  Estancia inolvidable

  El trato de todo el personal era excelente ,en cuando llegamos recibimos una sorpresa agradable de habitaciones mejores de la reserva un detalle por parte de la recepcion, el spa tambien perfecto,sin duda volveremos!

  Nice rooms, good restaurant, hot swimming pool: all for spending a good vacation

  The location of the hotel is accessible and very good - it is located on the hill, so the view from the rooms is amazing. It is not so far from the center - 20 min. by walking. Good and big parking area. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is wonderful! A large and hot indoor pool and nice spa facilities. The only thing I would recommend to the manager is to pay attention to the hygiene in the spa: it is not at the required level for a 4-star hotel.

  Expected more

  The rooms are very spacious. The pools are nice and relaxing, however, the indoor one had dirty tiles. The lifeguard doesnt really guard the pool. The breakfast was a little disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. Although it had variety, the quality was not great. The juices from the machine were awful and for sweets, there was only one simple and greasy cake for both days, that even the kids didnt like it.

  4 star hotel

  Our room was dark as it was facing the forest and had brown wallpaper with dark furniture. Apart from being dark it was clean and spacious, although the spare/pullout bed was very very hard. Although there was a kettle and cups there was no spoon or coffee/tea bags in the room. Luckily we always take our own. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. I only used the swimming pools, they are nice and warm. The outside pool is small and would be very busy if there were a lot of guests staying.
