  this hotel or villa rent is amazing for any family or a large group of friends and the reason being is for a cheap price you can get a huge villa with 5 rooms a kichen a backyard a frontyard a swimming pool a laundry room a living room and finally a study room however the restraunt is bad

  Phenomenal villa and experience

  Prior to going out to phuket we were considering a few villas and this was one of the options. We were hesitant due to the lack of reviews and information from visitors but decided to take the plunge anyhow. What can I say - a brilliant villa which is beautifully maintained and staff are friendly and always willing to make your stay very welcome. Optional breakfast was available for ridiculously cheap and all requests were catered for. We required a minibus for the final day journey back to the airport and gave the manager a very short turnaround time, despite this we received the bus for an excellent rate. In short, if you're going to Phuket and are considering Phuket Lagoon Pool Villa - go for it! Only issue would be that since it is a new complex some drivers may not know exactly where it is but you can easily reference the 7/11 which is 3 min walk from the villa. This is by no means a sticking point when deciding to go and should definitely not be a deal breaker..

  Loved it- but can do better.

  Good villa build quality, great pool, good quality beds, a great kitchen and powerful airconditioning. Helped us with Taxi and room services were awesome. Location is 45 min from Patong in a car, had red ants in the cupboards which got into our suitcases, got charged a 500BHT towel cleaning charge even though the towels/bedsheets were clean at checkout. The water pressure is average in the shower.
