  esa noche sin dormir..y madrugada con ruidooooos!!!

  el servicio de hotel es deferente para personas europeas y de otros paices....no se cumple la reserva...he pagado un numero lux y me han dado la habitacion normal..al lado de las reformas...primera noche me paso muy mal,sin dormir..hoy me han cambiado la habitacion..pero con los nervios,..tube que llamar a mi operador y solucionar las problemas...en lel bar algunas personas atienden bien,otras maliscimo!!!!creo que depende de la cara..no se...como nadie habla español...el mar esta susio,las piscinas igual...estoy aqui ahoramismo..queria descansar 5 dias..pero lo veo muy deficil..no puedo recomendar este hotel

  Volvería sin dudarlo!!

  Muy lindo hotel! Nos hospedamos 5 noches sólo con desayuno, aunque el 99% del hotel era all inclusive, nosotros la pasamos genial.!! El desayuno tiene mucha variedad. Podes pedir en el bar del sector pileta, juegos, tragos, agua a un precio accesible el almuerzo no es caro, salvo la cena que si me resulto caro el cubierto a la poca variedad de comidas.. cosa que no es complicada porque saliendo del hotel aproximado 300metros tenes un centro comercial bastante completo. Bares, pizzería, restaurantes y un Mac Donald. Varios negocios donde podes comprar a muy buen precio ( mini super) El resort cuenta con mucha actividad para pasar el día y de noche hay espectáculos muy lindos para todas las edades. Sector pileta: es hermoso. Hay reposeras por demás y la atención del personal del hotel es magnífica Playa: si o si tenes que tener unas zapatillas para pisar corales y no lastimarte los pies. Playa limpia casi una pileta de 40 cm de alto el agua. Cuenta con una pasarela donde termina en una plataforma y podes nadar con variedad de peces .. guardavidas que están en todo momento haciendo su trabajo.. Que no me gustó: que te quieran vender excursiones, Masajes y fotos constantemente. Pero sin dudarlo, volvería una y otra vez!!!

  A total disappointment!

  Stayed in Royal Grand earlier this month for couple of days as i was on vacation with a friend as we want to scuba dive in sharm el sheikh, we booked a diving trip daily so we had booked only bed and breakfast at the hotel as we will be spending most of the day outside. The moment you take the elevator to go to the room you can easily notice how old and rusty the hotel is ,the rooms also are quite basic and very overused for a five stars rating ,found some smudges and broken paint and broken towel hanger at the bathroom. First day i ordered a breakfast box as i was going very early for my trip and didn't have time to go to the restaurant, opened the box later on to find a piece of dry pastry and a tasteless cheese sandwich and a small pack of juice, didn't really pay attention cause i wasn't that hungry, same day when i got back i booked another room for my friend who was coming next day evening and i made a request on the booking for an adjacent room, then i went to the reception just to make sure they got all the booking details correct. Next day i went for breakfast and neither the quality nor the variety of the buffet was near good, even the coffee didn't taste fresh . By that night my friend arrived and we were given a room literally at the other end of the hotel and when i asked them why we didn't get a room nearby to mine the answer was it's only a request and we can't guarantee the availability. And to top up the whole stay,weather went really bad by the last day so we had to cut short our stay one night and catch an earlier flight, i informed the front desk that we will be checking out and we will just get our bags from the rooms as i was a bit in a hurry to catch my flight,after getting the bags and settling all payment (by a credit card) we went out to catch the car taking us to the airport to find a security guard running to my car telling me that they need me back at the reception, getting back there to find that they want to hold us waiting until they check rooms for damages!!! i travel a lot due to my work and i have never seen any procedure like that especially when you have paid by a credit card bot with cash and the hotel have all of your details, even after talking to the duty manager i still had to wait for around 15 min while i was almost missing my flight and they didn't really care. over all my stay was very bad from all aspects and i personally think the hotel as its now shouldn't be rated more than 3 stars,

  hotel exceeded expectations beautiful green area of the hotel I would like to thank all the staff for their care and attention thanks to the chefs and assistants for the delicious food Thanks especially to @_s_salahamar - you are super animation is great thanks guys for the good mood especially Aladdin Hug and see soon

  All American should come here

  If you really want to spoil yourself and get the best for your dollar you should book a vacation in this hotel. Its absolutely safe, friendly, and whatever concerns you may have they will make it right. I want to thank the buffet manager, Osama. Considering the number of people that he has to worry about he still finds time to personally take care of my needs. Also thank you to the front desk manager, Sayed, for addressing our concerns. This is definitely a 5 star hotel. The view is spectacular, pools are amazing, food is excellent, and the special bridge is worth the walk. THANK YOU to all of the staff. 1st 24 hours have been AWESOME!!!
