  Friendly staff

  I was hear to attend a meal on Via Maghera, just around the corner. The hotel is well placed, a 2 minute walk from the nearest metro station. I met 3 different staff and they were all really friendly and helpful.

  Close to the center, comfortable and convenient

  This small hotel has a nice lobby with a small bar open all day long The rooms have been recently refurbished; they are not big but comfortable and equipped with TV, AC, hair dryer. In some rooms the toilet room is very small. The area is quiet, close to a metro station and to bus stops. You can get to the real city centre in about 20 minutes walk.

  Good - Did the job

  Nice quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the metro. Price was affordable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit old so not very posh or fancy. Clean affordable and does the job if you just want a place to rest after a day out.

  disappointed

  The location of the hotel is good (close to the metro station), but I was disappointed by the staff behaviour. The check-out was at 11 am, so at 8 am I left the room to go out and have breakfast in a bar. I came back at about 8:30 am and the clerk man told me "I hope you understand, but we took your baggage out of the room and we started cleaning it". No, I didn't understand why they did this... that was not correct!! I told him that I had to brush my teeth and to use the toilet, so I asked him to bring my baggage inside the room... anyway, at that point the room wasn't in condition I could use it anymore, so I briefly used the bathroom and then I left.

  Good and comfortable

  Stayed for three nights in May. This is comfortable and well located hotel for couples. It's in a nice neighbourhood within walking distance to first class shopping and restaurants.The price to quality ratio of the hotel is good. The room on the first floor we used was quiet and well set out; the balcony overlooks a well treed internal courtyard. Gated car parking on site is very limited with an average daily charge appled, and would need to be booked in advance. Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. A stay here is recommended as accommodation in Milan can be pricey and less well connected to the City centre. You are spoilt for choice: taxi rank, buses, trams and Metro available from nearby Piazza Piemonte.
