  Not a good stay!

  We expect more from the brand Plataran but this one is definitely not up there. We came with family of 8 people. instead of rent for extra beds, they upgrade us from two bedroom villa to 5 bedroom villa. We appreciated that! but the villa is too humid, the bed and bedcover were moist in all rooms. We have to cover it with dry towel otherwise it was really not comfortable to sleep. this maybe because this villa location is not exposed to the sun. Maybe the two bedroom villa is better. The kitchen utensil is very minimum, kitchen also not clean. Breakfast only fried rice with eggs, coffee and tea. thats all! no fruits, no bread, no juices. This is second time i am disappointed by plataran brand!

  Top rated villa

  The villa is superb, the service is like five stars hotel. The environment is very good. The rooms are very big, and they even have a bigger living room. We can have a barbeque party in the yard near the private swimming pool

  Perfect family getaway

  Our family consists of 3 adults, 2 kids (6 and 4.5 yo), and a senior (60 yo). We all settled in quickly pretty well. The family room has the open space concept that's perfect for gathering and watching the kids play. The main bedroom is located at the "bottom" of the building and you have to go through the second living room area where the second bedroom is. The main bedroom is spacious with the view to the yard/playground area. It has a tiny corner of 2 seat couch and TV (wasn't working when we were there --issues with the remote control that's never been solved). The second bedroom has its own living room with TV as well (working well). The bedroom itself is cozy and airy. We let the doors to the balcony opens most of the time --in the afternoon, some bugs may come rushing in because they're attracted to the lights and the mosquitoes are pretty big, as expected in a tropical area though we're in the mountains. The bathrooms and restrooms all over the levels are very well maintained, cleaned and managed. The towels will be exchanged daily if you'd like --which you may want to because our towels don't dry completely overnight since the temperature is cold (60s to 70s at most). The kitchen is very well equipped although they can upgrade the refrigerator (it's tiny, isn't too cold, and can't be shut completely well unless you force it) and the microwave. Another to note is that this villa isn't childproof and the stairs are made of stones so you need to watch your kids. If you're taking an elderly (who has mobility issues) or disabled person, you need to consider about how they are going around or where they're sleeping. Overall, our family really enjoyed out 4 day 3 night stay. Kudos to the customer service and hospitality on the ground. The breakfast is amazing and they're really quick to fulfill our extra request. The crew helped us with our BBQ and it made our first night super special. Thank you, Plataran Bandung! Hopefully we can come back to Narendra next year!

  Nice getaway

  We had very great 2 nights get away at Plataran Puncak. The Villa was very spacious and the service was great. Got nice breakfast, bbq corn and sweet potato, and also sekoteng, the ginger drink. The location was itself also strategic, near Taman Safari and Puncak Pass

  Little escape during the pandemic

  The feeling of staying in this villa is so different with other ordinary villa. We feel so secure in terms of security, safety protocol, and location. The villa is very near from the main road, the staffs are very friendly and professional, and the surrounding is so green and we can hear the sound of the water from small river behind. For food, they serve nice breakfast and its really generous. On the second night, we have barbeque at the villa. Definitely we will come back again, its a perfect choice... because its very private place. Thanks to pak Asep and the staffs...
