    Best hotel in Shillong

    The hospitality of the staffs are fantastic. I have stayed there for nearly 10-15 days and it was awesome staying there. Front desk staff Shivani was extremely helpful. If you ever visit shillong stay at polo towers..

    Very good hotel and the staff

    We arrived here as a team in the month of February 2021 for business and we have been staying here since three weeks now and we all love the place, the hygiene the service and the overall feel of the place is very good, Special mention of the young lady At the concierge Shivani Bagdas for being very kind and very helpful and always smiling with happy to serve you kind of attitude... its so amazing to meet such good energies and to feel this when you are away from home and working hard.. the first smile in the morning and the good hearted good night at the end of the day is what makes this hotel stand apart.. if possible I would give it 4.5 stars.. the only suggestion to the hotel, the rooms can be made quieter, sound proofing is required !!

    Shillong trip and hotel polo towers review

    The hotel was very good. Specially the manager "Sundar Pichai" , he was verry kind and helpfully. The rooms were neat and clean. All the basic entities were provided. Prime location.Thank you hotel polo towers for hosting us.

    Mr Sundar Pacchai did a good job

    Had a wonderful experience staying in Polo towers. I was staying with my friends and the staff was very cordial. Mr. Sundar Pacchai, the hotel manager esp. was very cordial and personally catered to us and made our stay wonderful. Will be revisiting polo towers again and will be recommending too

    A visit to the hotel during the Covid-19 lockdown days

    It was a really nice stay. The staff was cordial and we were taken good care of. The food was really good. The rooms were well maintained and the washrooms too. Loved the visit there.Really happy with the service
