  Calm, classy, clean and super comfortable

  Porto Koundouros is a very special, well considered and beautiful establishment on the island of Kea. I was welcomed warmly by all management and staff, experienced excellent service and great food. The villas have been considerately designed with great attention to detail. All have large terraces with sun loungers and a space for outdoor dining. Lighting has been well considered, and there is air conditioning or a ceiling fan. The shower room was perfect with 2 shower levels, making it easier to shave legs etc without the shower running down over the head - I imagine this is also useful for young children. My villa was fully stocked with a small fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle and all that I would have required if I'd wanted to have cooked...but honestly with such great food served at the extraordinary deck bar and restaurant...why cook!? I understood that breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner can be served in your villa, on the beautiful deck overlooking the ocean, or on a beach lounger looking out to the glorious view..my kind of place :) All through the resort are beautiful blooming flowers and a well considered blend of architecture within the natural environment. The actual landscape of this area is rough yet calm with an unspoilt feel, which allows for a real feel of the area! I look forward to returning to this little part of paradise for a longer stay next time. Thank you to all at Porto Kondouros Beach & Villas

  A hotel that provides everything you need for an enjoyable vacation

  The hotel is in an excellent location. Convenient roads and easy access to everywhere. The beach near the hotel is wonderful. The hotel's restaurant and tavern where breakfast is served and all-day dining is very beautiful! The meals are excellent and the food is generous. The menu is very varied. There are sun loungers for swimmers in the sea, parasols against the sun, providing maximum comfort for vacationers. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. It has a nice division of the sleeping area and the living room area. Between the two parts separates a low partition that has a sink and a counter that can serve as a surface for the kitchenette. It is convenient to prepare light meals. There is a small refrigerator, a kettle, a hot plate and utensils. Everything for the convenience of vacationers. The room is very clean, the bedding is clean and the bathroom and shower are comfortable and clean. Daily towels are cleaned and replaced. The room has a very large and spacious balcony. It has sun beds and a large table with chairs. There is one deficiency to the room - we ordered a room with sea view but the view was hidden by trees. We recommend this hotel. For the pleasant and responsible hospitality that greeted us and made sure to sit with us patiently and explained to us what we could do on the island: interesting places, beaches and more.

  Porto Koundouros & Blue Flag Beach - Beautiful Relaxation Spot on the Island of Kea

  Koundouros Beach is about 30 Min from the main Kea port. Quick trip from ATH airport to Lavrio Port and then to Kea; just 1:10 ferry ride. The Service and Amenities were excellent. They have a large restaurant, bar, a mini market. The rooms were very clean and the service at the various facilitates including the rooms, was superb. Elena the reception manager looked after us well with great focus on hospitality. All the staff members we interacted with were very professional......and as it is getting close to the end of the season we had a chance to chat with a few of the them. All villas are close to the restaurant, bar and beach front. We stayed in a 2 story villa which is great for 4 people.

  Relaxing family vacations

  One of the best places for family holidays I've been to. Everything is available without the need to move at all. Spacious rooms with all amenities needed for a family Really clean Great service, everyone was willing to assist with any request Beach just in front with booked umbrella and sunbed Restaurant with great variety and quality Overall a great place to visit for calm family vacations.

  A most amazing and memorable wedding! Love the PK team!!

  My now husband and I decided to get married at PK after attending a friend's wedding on the other side of Kea. PK Villas and Beach was the perfect setting for us. Beautiful beach and super nice facilities, incredible team and a wonderful and very organized owner and manager, all of whom helped make everything about our time in PK truly special! We had family stay in 4 of the 8 villas and they were not only clean but also quite comfortable (including a baby crib for our ring bearer). Elena, the onsite manager took such good care of us and all our needs during our wedding week. Kostas, the owner took incredible care of all the details, from helping us identify wonderful vendors to preparing a great food tasting during our planning trip and down to all the details during the week of the wedding. Stelios, the bartender prepared wonderful cocktails and the bar and waiting team, from Marina to Fontini and the entire team served all our guests with sincere and amazing vibes. Whether it was breakfast, the pre-wedding happy hour and wedding dinner, the food was great and the service to come with it was lovely. The place was always clean and incredibly kept...we truly couldn't have been happier to work with Kostas and his team to plan our big day. We will forever be grateful to the team and look forward to visiting them all again! Thank you guys! Sending all the best vibes for a relaxing off season and good wishes for a great next season!
