  Sad to see this hotel becoming awfull

  Been this july (16-23) for the 5th time in this hotel . I really think the best period of this hotel was starting with 2015 when they had the major make over . From 2017 the hotel has a new owner and this went very BAD . Everything is cheap . As a couple we arrived on 16th around 8pm and they didn;t had the room we already paid for . So they offered as a very ugly bad room . I am adding pictures regarding the room (room no#1500) . I will add that there was no pressure on water or hot water . The carpet was so dirty thaat i couldn't step barefeetr .The balcony was dirty also .Next the bathroom's sink was a emty juice container . Next day were given another room . The room was ok expect the fact that was NO HOT WATER .I went and told them about this problem and they said to turn on the water and wait 20 min .(which we already did and was still cold water .)Was impossible to wash my hair so i had to end up to a salon for that . This situation happened once before too but that time they had the decency to give as an entire villa for ourselves .This time they could not care less. If u do not arrive in the morning-lunch time be sure that 90% u will receive a ,,transit room'' . They also give u the option to transfer u to another hotel they have, but is worse . I also remember that in room's fridge before you could find beside water also Cocal cola and fanta .Not this time . Only water I will write down the things i was not happy about : 1. No hot water at the bathoorm (sink and shower ).No pressure on water 2. No FREE internet in the rooms and by the pool .Free wifi only in lobby and is very poor connexion . ( in the past years the free wifi was in the lobby,rooms and by the pool also ) 3. NO COLD WATER ANYWHERE to drink . Only at dinner time were few 2liters cold water bottles that u had to be very fast to get one . It is incredible not to have cold water when outside the temperatures are so hight . ( in the past years they had )But they keep the bottles of watger in a fridge that is not working so the water is warm . 4. Very poor AC 5.The ATTITUDE of the stuff is terrible . When you have a problem they just say ok .. we will check .. but nobody is doing nothing and they smile at u .That smile that when u see it u feel so frustarted because u have A REAL problem and they only look at u and smile . 6. At the pool bar they gave u soda or whatever u wanted to drink in the CHEAPEST plastic glasses ever. You could not even hold the glass because will bend . 7.If before you could see nice lilies in the lobby and lobby's toilets now u can see only plastic flowers . 8. The food was not the food it was the other years . 90% of the meat was MINCED meat Which i consider it pretty heavy . Personal i can't eat minced meat every day. Pasta was tasteless .Food is not warm and very little choices . 9.As fruits were only apples ,watermellon and plums . 10. The small tables from the lobby was very dirty Every day in the lobby were at least 2 scandals .People coming ,already paid and the hotel had no rooms for them . Or proper rooms for they money they paid. Only 2 persons from the studd were able to speak english ,. I really think that the only things that remain good regarding this Hotel are : the location , The pool and the beach which is indeed nice and clean . If in the past i could recommand it ....after this experience in july i can say : Choose another hotel . Not this one .

  Just terrible

  Everythig was jus terrible cleanliness horrible,s mell of the rooms horibble, food terrible, service very unpolite. We were travelling from Lithuania and i cant imagine how Tez Tour company can put people to hotel like this.

  More a cheap hostel with a beach than a hotel

  We paid extra for the landscape/sea view - it's a waste of money. Half of the rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains or the sea. We received rooms with broken toilets. Air conditioners in rooms and in the whole hotel do not work. A disused and unusable gym, a stinking indoor pool with worms. A minimal dining room, no meat dishes, sausages, tasteless meatballs, chicken parts every day, fish in the evening, a poor culinary experience, we sent the children to buy food outside. It was so hot, without air conditioners, we were begging for fans. Far from the city, but you can mention scooters out there. In conclusion. Do not be tempted to come and go for another hotel.

  False advertisment. You will be miserable at every point of your stay.

  This is not a 5 star hotel. It is barely a 3 star hotel. The "high speed" internet is only in the lobby and it's "high speed" only at 5am (before anyone wakes up). In the afternoon, even photos from WhatApp wouldnt load. Facebook and Instagram wouldnt load at all. The public bathrooms (in the restaurants and near the beach) are extremely dirty and flooded several times while we were there. Imagine sitting by the pool and breathing the smell in. All bars stop operating at 11-1130pm (don't believe them when they say midnight). There is no food or drink anywhere in the hotel between 11:30pm and 7am when the restaurant opens for breakfast (no place to even get a bottle of water). For two nights in a row we couldn't have wine because there was no corkscrew at the bar (apparently there is only one in the whole hotel). The cleaning staff don't understand the meaning of a "do not disturb" sign. They just walk in...even without knocking. Every toilet we've used in the whole facility was either leaking or something on it was broken. The first room we got had no safe (did someone steal itthat would be ironic). There was no soap to wash your hands with. The balcony door didn't lock. The AC was leaking onto the floor. The beach towels are given out only until 11am. If you want one afterwards, you are out of luck. Believe it or not, there are not enough forks at the restaurant. Every meal-time, we had to hunt for them. Most of the plates are chipped (be careful not to cut yourself). The AC leaks in the restaurant also...sometimes right onto a pile of semi-clean plates. Since we don't like to stand in line, we would come to meals later than most. Any good dishes were gone by then. We never had ice cream at this hotel because they only offer it around 4pm and there is a long line for it. There are not enough lounge chairs at the beach and around the pool. People would actually wake up at 6am and go put their stuff on some, so that their families can enjoy the water. If you don't wake up that early on holiday, just be ok with sitting on the rocky beach. They kept running out of things like mint for the cocktails. The elevator was broken more days than not. We kept using the stairs (4 flights up). Even when it worked, the door of the elevator wouldn't close all the way. We kept waiting to get stuck in that thing. There is no kids-club, so your kids will be with you 24/7. We were celebrating 2 birthdays in a week. On the first birthday we got a cake in our room (which is customary in Antalya hotels). The day before the second birthday we went to reception and specifically asked for no cake to be delivered. It is a waste of food (we wont eat it) and asked for fruit instead. Two guys patiently wrote down our request. The next day (despite the do not disturb sign), there was a cake in our room. Totally ignored our request. The linens are white, but they are being washed in an old washing machine they had rust stains all over (we hoped it was rust). Oh and if you are environmentally-conscious, this hotel will drive you crazy with the amount of waste. They use plastic, non-disposable cups for everything from juice to beer (instead of washable cups at every other hotel). The food is not great, so most people pile on their plate and only eat half of what they took because the other half is not edible. The gardeners turn on the hoses to water the grass and then leave the hose running. Kids, being kids, get a hold of that hose and spray everyone lounging around the pool. Im sure its fun for the kids, but not great for those reading a paper book by the pool and the amount of water wasted is appalling. Ok. I'm stopping now. Please, please - save yourself the hassle. Pick another hotel. While there were some nice things like the pool was relatively well-kept, the gym was usable and the animation team was enthusiastic, there were just too many things that irritated us every single day of our 9 day vacation.

  Very good hotel

  I have been in this hotel on September2020, hotel has beautyful location very near to the beach also the pool is great. About food i was surprised, they have very good quality including all kinds of fish on the diner and a lot of meat. You have a lot what to choose. Drinks are original brand, you can drink till 24 all day if you can, Regarding wireless it works free only on lobby and not in rooms. Regarding rooms they need to improve more. They are little old
