amazing service
We attended a birthday party last Saturday at Preskil Island Resort and all I can say is the level of service was top notch with attention to details. We had a great time and food was really excellent. Security measures for COVID-19 was respected by the hotel's staffs, temperature check, hand sanitizer available at every counter we saw and even at the entry. Every staffs had their face mask from start to finish which we really appreciated. We felt safe in this wonderful environment. I will definitely go again either for a stay or another event. Well done to the team and keep it up.

Well worth the visit, staying here for my quarantine experience.
What a amazing hotel. during these crazy time with COVID it is mandatory to stay when visiting Mauritius in a selected quarantine hotel ( If you are reading this is 2021 please go to the MTPA website to see if the rules have changed) . Wow this hotel will not let you down. My room was amazing with great views, the hotel is very clean, all the staff go the extra mile always smiling and making sure you are well. Food is well presented. Make sure you try and book a room with a view and contact hotel directly if possible for the best advice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Quarantine at Preskil Island Resort
Just spent my quarantine here, very well organised from check in to check out. Great location , amazing views , exceptional 5 stars service, courteous and caring staff going out of their way to cater on all your special requirements. A daily call from the F&B team namely Sarah Jane ,Katriona, Nawmee, Angeline or Tina to take your order, very kind , gentle, attentive and patient. Full board service: breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner , generously served to your door by a committed dynamic team namely Nitish , Danny, Gregory , Deepak, Kushal and Arjun with a big smile hidden behind their masks. Honestly, portion way too much , I've been cancelling 2 services per day as from day 2 ! A courtesy call during the day from reception namely Sorenza, Lovena, Linda, Joan and Yogishta ensuring everything is up to your expectation or if you have any special requests to make your stay as comfortable as possible , these very friendly and caring ladies are there to make it happen. Just in case you are anxious about your health , you have health officers Devi and Rajiv circling the hotel, checking your temperature twice a day so that you can have some peaceful sleep. You are not allowed to leave your room due to strict covid protocol but who says you can't have a nice time, entertainment is provided at your doorstep. From the comfort of your porch/balcony a group of performers are there to add some pep to your day , get you move those waist a bit....you can even make a request of your favourite tunes, they are there to make your day memorable. Hats off to the team of Preskil for their hard work, attention to details and dedication. Special thanks to the Chef Vivek for the delicious food, Nawmee for organising the events and without forgetting the security guys and police force for keeping us safe. P.S: Including all those I did not meet but who are working behind the scenes to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Preskil to all and will certainly come back to enjoy all other facilities , not in quarantine this time

Excellent Service with Outstanding Personnel and Breathtaking Sea Views!!! We are here for our quarantine and we have been surprised by the amazing teams here, the excellent quality of service, the variety of full board daily food services, the care taken to make our stay easy and worry-free, the cleanliness, the hotel infrastructure and the beach sea views. We recommend Le Preskil Island Resort to all and you will be charmed by its exceptional location. A big shout-out for the amazing service by Team Gerald, Avinash, Benoit, Jean Isabelle, Khooshal, Rakesh and others. You will get a daily call from the F&B Team for your orders which was very convenient. Full Board Service: Breakfast, Lunch, Teatime and Dinner | Delicious Quality Food Daily courtesy call from Reception and Customer Service to ensure all is going smooth. Considerate Health officers checking your temperature twice a day. Lovely Porch and Balcony Area to enjoy the fresh air, sea views and peaceful flora/fauna. The Kids Club provided daily craft package delivery to the room door which was a craze and amusement for the kids. The staffs went above and beyond. Very well organized. Well done!

Quarantine 2021
Already 13 th day of quarantine at Preskil Island Resort... We seize the opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff for the warm welcome since day one here. In fact we were really exhausted during our long trip from Brussels via Dubai where we had 9 hrs of waiting time and then to Mauritius. However, as soon as we stepped in the hotel, we felt relieved and had the feeling of being back home. We were charmed by the outstanding personnel, the high quality of service offered and the cleanliness of the room and premises. The room is fully equipped with everything we need during our stay.. The sea view from the balcony is magnificent.. The light breeze and sound of the waves is a relief of all stress. Wifi is provided and we are able to connect to our loved ones. The food is healthy and served at the right time.. Loads of thanks to Naomie, Angelina, Linda and Rakesh who always do their utmost to see that the food served is according to our preferences. Special thanks to Rakesh and Maxwell for always responding to any request we make. We are also thankful to the medical team who showed much concern by taking our temperature twice daily... The only time we could have a nice chat at the door. We also thank Pritesh who often calls to ask about our wellbeing and how they can improve to make our stay comfortable. A word of thanks to Jean Isabelle, Kooshal, Gregory, Danny, Avinash, Brian, Nitish, Benoit, Arjun, Venu and others.
