  Great location, great apartments

  Great location, very close to the sea, amazing clean pools, also you can use all the facilities from Premier (water slides, animation). The apartment was clean, spacious, with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly, they wear masks. The restaurant offer a lot of variety, affordable prices. The only minus, during our entire stay (6 nights) the cleaning ladies did not clean at all our room, not pick up the garbage, maybe the management will find a way to do this in a safe way and in compliance with Covid regulations. I strongly recommend St Nicola restaurant, just in front of the hotel, on the beach, also Paradise beach bar. We will definitely come back again (though is our third vacation here)

  Excellent summer week at black sea

  Everything was excellent, room, amenities, people :) There were 2 ACs. The photos are exactly as reality. Nice pool :) On-premises restaurant. Huge parking area available just outside the hotel. Kids friendly.

  Cant wait to come back

  Everything was wonderful. The room was big and very clean and the balcony view was amazing. The swimming pool was very nice and clean and we had a bracelet that gave us Access to other complex that had a pool with waterslides. The resort is really Close to the sea. A really quiet place where you can relax.

  It was my second time and I my sure I will come back once more

  We had quite big three bedrooms apartment with view on the sea. The room was very nice, cleaned with a change of sheets and towels every 4-5 days.The hotel had a huge swimming pool and small one for the children. Everythind was excellent. I was here in 2014 when everything was almost new and after 6 years nothing changed.

  Rest and relaxation without breaking the bank

  We reserved this hotel just to get away from home in this turbulent times, and were really pleasantly surprised. The reviews were great, and the hotel did not disappoint. The hotel is modern, has activities to keep you entertained and (although we traveled without) playgrounds and animators for kids. Three pools are within the complex, and there is an exit to a secluded beach. The food was great, a lot of tasty fruits, vegetables, cooked meals, deserts, pizzas and some of the meals were swapped out for new ones each day. Rooms were clean when we got there, and we opted not to be visited by staff during our visit, because we were mostly out and didn't make any mess. We got a larger room for free with an extra bed complete kitchen, washing machine, a balcony with two exits overlooking the center yard and pools and we liked it very much. Covid measures were observed well enough, mandatory disinfection when visiting the restaurant, staff wore masks or visors, and there wasn't a lot of guests at the time to make a crowd. Animators were present at the resort at almost all times, but not enough guests to actually participate in activities. There was music during the evening, which was shut down on time not to disrupt sleep. The only thing that irritated us was the staff during the meals, very eager to take away the plates, even though you're not fully finished. We look forward returning, especially when we have kids since it looks very family friendly.
