No merece la pena!
Esta lejos de todo,no tiene playa cerca,(con arena) solo acantilados, el restaurante defrauda muchisimo, 1 hora estuvimos esperando para que nos trajeran lo que habiamos pedido, vinieron gente despues de nosotros y lo atendieron antes que nosotros,y la comida vino cruda y fria, un desastre, me vino mi plato primero y estuvimos esperando casi 10 min para que viniera el plato de mi mujer, buaa un desastre... Tiene una conexion que pasa un tram alado de su puerta, pero no vale para nada por que pasa cada 1 hora y media no tiene un horario fijo,

Holiday
Friendly and helpful staff. The views from my room which was on the 2nd floor were incredible, actually was a kind upgrade from the side rooms which were just as good. Breakfast was on point, selection of cheeses, jams and hot food (amazing view of the sea from restaurant if I must say) Hotel is convenient to main town and old town, seafront which is part of Lara balik. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommended it to any one coming to this part of Antalya...amazing hotel!!

Nice hotel but the service was not the best
We chose Prime hotel for part of our stay in Antalya after reading a lot of positive reviews about it. Location wise was perfect to discover the old town, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. We chose a sea view suite and unfortunately the room stank of cigarette smoke despite smoking not being allowed. We requested a room change but it would have meant downgrading to a smaller room. We were then provided with room spray to get rid of the smell which helped to get rid of it eventually. The lack of hospitality, especially on the first day was a big let down. The staff at the reception spoke very little English and literally had no idea what was going on; they did not give us any information about the hotel, the room or the facilities, we had to ask about the time during which breakfast is served. The key was handed to us and that was it. I would have expected a much better service from a boutique hotel! There was an other guy the following morning who spoke English and was able to provide us with information about the old town and how transport around the area. Breakfast was not the best either, but the view was very nice.

Nice friendly hotel
So I stayed here mainly because I wanted a small hotel with less people and close to the places I wanted to visit during my stay. I'll start with the negative, the staff did speak little english which made communication hard at times. Thankfully there was a lovely gentleman who knew the hotel staff and was staying there at the time and helped me out quite a bit. That aside stafff were great. The sea view bedroom I got was big, spacious and clean. Cannot fault the room at all. The view was decent. They had all the amenities I wanted. Breakfast was OK. I would just suggest to have more options for the hot food section. Location was great hence why I chose it. You can litterally walk to Old Town from there which has shops and restaurants in abundance. Near the hotel is the tram which is super cheap or you can just use a taxi. Hotel is ina nice area and defintley go to Konyati beach whilst there

Great Staff.
Overall, staying at the Prime Hotel was a good choice and because of the help I received from the front desk staff, I will stay here again. When my flight was cancelled, Reception was very helpful and when I asked about my room, it was changed without hesitation. Housekeeping can do with a good push though since I had to call and prompt for things on more than one occasion. That being said, I did visit during a pandemic so it might be due to lack of stuff. Great location and nice terrace. And the best thing is that it is known by taxi drivers so you don't have to explain much.
