  A great place to stay!

  This recent trip had been much longer than expected and as much as I wanted to get home, the day had been long. As I came into Medicine Hat, I knew the Quality Inn would be my destination. I've stayed here before and the quality of service is always high. On this night I was met by an enthusiastic, bright and courteous person at the front desk. I checked in and I got a room with a king sized bed. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It pays to go to a place you are familiar with. The service and staff are great! This hotel has never disappointed. Let them look after you during your next stay in Medicine Hat, AB.

  Paid $102 for a room with no air conditioning a fridge of old food, and no hot breakfast on the weekends. Customer relations manager was really rude, would never use this hotel ever again... What hot bag of garbage

  The room is not clean

  The room of the hotel is not clean, there are some dead insects, when I told the front desk no one came to clean and next day they said that they were busy I do not know how people are not careful about cleaning especially at this time

  I had an excellent stay. As there was a blizzard, I would have missed my airplane if not for the staff driving me to the airport. In spite of Covid19, the staff has Ben friendly and helpful beyond what anyone would expect. I have been coming for hospital work for years, and have had nothing but a pleasant carefree stay always. Highly recommend!

  Stayed here for one night. Was happy with the price I paid. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was really disappointing, the sign said healthy breakfast served at the front desk. Its a nutrigrain bar and a prepackaged muffin. The room was dated looking. There were some stains in the sink that looked like blood (see picture) along with a bunch of facial hairs. There are so many hotels close by, next time I would pay a bit extra and stay somewhere nicer and cleaner.
