  Nice hotel at good price!!

  Here are some of advantages of this hotel: 1. Free pick up service from train station (U dun need to find the way and the driver just pick us up, no other passenger) 2. Request high floor and they offer the highest floor at 9/F to us 3. Free bicycle rental (good to travel around hualien) 4. Free gift of a set of shower gel shampoo and washing cream if u book via official website (while u can enjoy a cheaper rate at official website too) 5. Friendly staff while u will feel like at home 6. Close to the main tourist places at hualien Overall: high CP value!!

  Bad hotel

  Nice rooms, but that's it. Nobody in the crew Knows English, it's impossible to comunicat. They didn't clean our room, we came back after 18:00 and they said they thought we never left the room - because they didn't see us leave. Well, they didn't bother checking, and anyway there was no one at the reception at 6:30, although it was written that it's 24/7 (and that they speak English) when we did the reservation. We asked for a heater, for the first time they thought we ment hot water and at the second time a guy from the reception turned on the cold air condition in our room. When we needed to check out at 6:40am, there was no one at the reception. We had run along the streets to get a taxi, and almost missed our train. Oh. The location is ok, but not so good. There are best located and cheaper hotels in this city.

  Needs some improvement

  Pros: the free pickup from the airport was a nice relief after standing in long lines for immigration and SIM card. Driver was patient, careful and can answer simple questions if u speak plainly. Room was quite roomy. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Towels adequate. Cons: food choices limited; mainly Asian; aside from the porridge, the buffet food is cold; the sterno is not used. Western food is toast and buns and cold eggs. There is no hot water in the breakfast room for tea. Front desk staff tries but have minimal English ability. The younger clerk has the stronger English ability. At the end of my stay I was given the hotel receipt along with my customs immigration document that I had put in my passport. During checkin, the older female clerk did not tell me that that it was going to be kept and I thought I lost it. This practice should be changed. There is a high rise being built across the street so there is construction noise.

  Hotel stay

  Great location. Walkable from the downtown. Clean and tidy. People do not speak English but very friendly Thaks to google translate. Organised for sightseeing bit to Taroko with English speaking lady driver .overall Decen place to stay.

  Excellent hotel for a good price!

  Me and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel in May 2018 and really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, 7 minutes from central station by taxi and close to the Golden Triangle with all its restaurants and streetfood. The room was spacious and big enough to relax after all the exhausting activities the Hualien-region offers (Taroko National Park + East Coast National Scenic Area). The bathroom is large with a nice shower. We could park the scooter everyday just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast is a bit "disappointing", because very Asian and not the type of breakfast European people would choose.
