  Weekend in Ennis

  Fabulous experience staying in this lovely hotel. The staff were the friendliest I've ever came across, especially Hugh, Shauna and Johana from Romania.The lady who "owns or manages"here made it her business to welcome us with open arms. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were spotless and food was delicious

  Superb Staff

  A group of us stayed here at the weekend, to say the staff were unbelievable is an understatement! they were amazing.. could not do enough for us! Accommodated us in a friendly and safe manner closing off any area for us as we were a group together and adhered to all Covid restrictions. simply a great weekend and we thank them! :)

  Stayed in queens hotel for two nights, this is an old hotel in the centre of Ennis, The staff were very friendly and nice and the food was delicious. The rooms were old and dated but the friendly staff and good service and delicious food makes up for the decor.

  Great location

  Great location, Rooms very clean, staff very friendly, the girl on reception couldn't do enough for us. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. The restaurants were busy on the evening we arrived but they went out of their way to get us a table.

  Disappointing

  Stopped in Ennis on route to Cork. We were disappointed as the room was really shabby. The old mahogany furniture was badly marked with stains, old curtains hung on the window and bulbs were blown in lamps. The room was cold and it looked onto a roof tops narrow pathway, covered with butts of cigarettes. However staff were friendly and its location is great, however it really needs updating.
