  Pésima y ventajosos

  Pésima experiencia. Nunca volveré , supuestamente no servía el aire acondicionado en el verano de Phoenix, Arizona. Y no se comprometían a tenerlo listo para nuestra reservación. Así que supuestamente podíamos cancelar y buscar otro hotel sin cargo. SIN EMBARGO compraron la reservación completa u nunca devolvieron el dinero. Y la culpa fue mía, así que nos fuimos al Sheraton y nada que ver. 0 estrellas .

  WORST HOTEL I'VE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFES

  Pretty much a disgusting dump. I've stayed here many years ago and never thought it was horrible but this last visit was terrible. The rooms and hallways STINK! The furniture is banged up, there's leakage stains on the ceilings through out the ENTIRE hotel. Everything's stained and torn to shreds. The first room I stayed in it looked like the chair had been scratched like crazy by an animal. The only nice thing was the staff. Front desk girl was very pleasant. I changed rooms twice and I just couldn't even stay there I had to leave. Probably spent a total of an hour fighting with myself to stay. But I just couldn't it was so disgusting. I'm still waiting on my partial refund and security deposit. I only took pictures of the hall on the fifth floor and of my second room. But I should've took some of the first room as well. I'm just so shocked by the state of the hotel. I've never seen anything like it! Not all my photos were allowed but trust me you could fill a book with all the nasty things to see in there.

  Worst place ever

  Checked in at 1 am and the employee was not helpful at all. Couldnt hear him because he was talking so softly. Didnt give great instructions as to where the parking was. Bathroom in room was dirty and shaved leg hair on the edge of the tub. Called to see if there was breakfast and was told yes but when we woke up the next morning there was only coffee. Then we were leaving to go out and the elevator acted like it was going to fall to the ground floor and we were on the 10th floor. I would not recommend this dump ever.

  BRING A GAS MASK AND LYSOL

  Every floor of this place stunk of weed and old ashtrays. You could tell how many layers of paint were on the bathtub by the different shades of white and yellow paint chippings. The carpets look like they hadnt been cleaned for over a decade. We had to use the additional parking which was located a block away from the hotel under this shady ass lot. The only reason I didnt leave when I checked in was because I booked through Orbits and couldnt get my money back. You are better off bringing a sleeping bag and staying under the bridge on Central Avenue. One positive thing to note is at least they had hot water not like the Extended Stay across the street.

  Worst place ever

  This place is filthy! The air vents are black, the towels are stained, the carpet is disgusting. If you're looking for a place to spend prom night and don't have a lot of money this is the place for you. If you're an adult looking for a nice stay - avoid this place!
