  Mediocre hotel in an odd location

  This hotel does have spacious clean rooms, decent amenities. But first the location is odd, there are almost no shops around, its 15 minute car ride to Phuket old town but the grab or taxi would cost 400 buht. Second, its staff, although all appears friendly, none of them seems to be able to speak fluently English or even understands English effectively, they keep nodding but actually misunderstand you, which is pretty annoying especially when you need help in a foreign country. Third, the breakfast is just enough to fill up your tummy, not very tasty, and the choices are limited.

  Sitio muy bonito

  Este hotel es muy recomendable.las habitaciones son grandes y amplias. Buen trato del personal y muy encantadores,nos han tratado super bien y ayudado en todo lo posible. Hay buena combinación de transporte ya que tienen un servicio de bus gratis que te lleva a la parada de autobús para ir a las playas. El desayuno esta bastante bien. Vamos un sitio para desconectar

  Good hotel

  This is little far from the centre.but you can get motor bike for rent from near by shop. Hotel stay was good.cab charges are higher in the hotel.family mart and seven eleven was near by. Over all I would rate 7/10

  Modern, clean hotel

  We enjoyed staying here, the hotel was nice and clean, the room superb, but the location isn't great, you will either need to rent a scooter, or rely on taxi. It can be loud at night, we had an entire family fighting and shouting at 2 am, but the staff hasn't done anything to stop it, they seemed they were OK with it. Also, if you need any extra service be careful, because they will rip you off. We asked how much is the laundry service, but they couldn't communicate on English, literally nobody in the hotel, so we asked them for the service thinking it cannot be too expensive, well it was. Everywhere the price is 40 baht for 1kg. The hotel charged 500 baht for the 3 shirts, 1 short and couple of underwear,so it's a tourist trap, be careful!

  Spacious room, soft bed, quiet environment, not so good wifi

  We stayed one night at Recenta Suite Phuket. The suite room was nice and spacious and secured. There were many parking (outdoor) available on site. Check-in was fast and easy. Security guard was helpful with our luggages. The room got fridge, sink, and microwave. There was also a sofa bed for extra person. Amenities were limited so better to BYO. Bed was super soft and big. Wifi was close to non-existing or could be my Mac that just couldn't connect to the network at all. The environment around the hotel was nice and quiet. Not many traffic towards the hotel. Breakfast was limited but ok. Check-out was also fast and easy and the receptionist was helpful with room rate etc in case of the return guest. Overall, we like the place and will be back again.
