  Fabulous Casa Juanita

  The website photos dont do Casa Juanita justice. This is a gem of a property in Puerto Morelos a block from the beach. Our host Milko who owns and runs this place has a good eye for detail, gives you a warm informative welcome and makes you feel instantly at home. We stayed upstairs in unit 4 which was had a well equipped kitchen and small dining table leading onto a balcony. The large bed is comfortable and the best TV channels since staying in different locations along the coast. Kudos to him for realizing there are not only Spanish speaking people visiting the area. Lovely clean sparkling pool. Everything was spotlessly clean and room serviced daily. We highly recommend anyone coming to Puerto Morelos to stay here. FABULOUS

  Our apartment was beautiful, safe and very clean! The location is amazing , just a block from the beach and a short walk from town center where there is amazing food and great shopping. The staff went above and beyond and were so knowledgeable. They are an amazing bunch of people and they treated us like family. We loved our stay at Casa Juanita And plan to visit again very soon.

  Great visit!

  We booked our stay at Righetto Vacation rentals months in advance, based on excellent reviews. We completed our stay last week and were very pleased. I can verify that the property and service are both excellent and other reviews are accurate. We enjoy traveling and always stay in hotels or Airbnb property at or close to this price point. The value here is terrific! We stayed in Casa Juanita #4, upstairs. It was cute, tasteful and contained furniture, cooking accessories, glassware, towels, and bedding better than I have seen in most rentals. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. Big points for a decent blender, great wine glasses, gas stove, and comfy bed. Very quiet- if you come to party, this is probably not your place. If you bring the kids and they love to run, splash and really cut loose at the pool, also probably not a good fit. This is a no smoking property. I am a smoker (more so on vacation) so this concerned me a bit, but it's really a non-issue. The smoking area (the street) is very close, safe and quiet. It is more convenient than most hotels and after seeing the property, I fully understand this rule is best here. Not a big deal for me but If you smoke all the time and require this on your balcony, not a good fit Milko is a superb host with an excellent staff who cares about his guests experience on a level rarely seen at vacation rentals. He takes pride in his property and service and is a nice person. We even were surprised with an extra amenity or two not listed that we fully enjoyed. It's like having a perfect Airbnb with a welcoming host that aims to please, plus excellent daily mail service. Property is spotless. I would not hesitate to book again if we return to PM.   Great find!

  Stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. It is on a quiet road so quality of sleep was great. Beds were huge and comfortable. We stayed in Juanita 3 - a spacious and clean apartment with a private sun terrace on the roof. All staff were very helpful and organised cheap car hire for us. It is a 10 - 15 minute walk into town so there are places nearer - but if you like it quiet, this is the place for you. There is a nice shared pool and plenty of loungers. You can get on the beach in 3 - 4 mins by cutting through a beach club across the road. Recommended - thanks Milko!

  Righetto Was Fantastic

  We stayed in the Casa Juanita property. What a great experience! The facility was clean and well maintained. Milko, the owner, has thought of everything. There was even a night light in the bathroom! Bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner was very good, and the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The pool, located outside of our door, was practically private as we had no other guests in the pool when we swam. The best part of staying at this facility was Milko! He greeted us personally upon arrival and gave us a tour of our suite. He even carried our luggage to the room. During our stay, he recommended restaurants, archeology sites, and arranged for snorkeling. All was as he indicated. The beach is only a block away and easy to walk to. Milko supplied the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and snorkeling masks. Staying at his facility was a fantastic experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We spoke to other guests who stay here year after year owing to the accommodations and hospitality.
