  "Masks are just like what the Nazis did."

  Just a crappy, old, partially remodeled motel. OK room really nothing to complain about except the pillows. Since about half the guest reviews complain about these you'd think they'd bite the bullet and get some new ones. Nobody likes resting their head on a "rock". But the TV didn't work either even after fiddling with it, still DOA. Called the desk and the "handyman will be right there". Two more phone calls and THREE HOURS later he shows up carrying another remote. To me that's a dead giveaway that they're having issues with remotes and maybe they should be changing batteries instead of waiting for the dead TV calls. Then I tell him (Robert?) that his mask is useless under his nose. He replies with "they don't work anyway". I remind him that 99% of the doctors and scientist disagree with him. He begrudgingly pull it up and mumbles something like "just like what the Nazis did"! Yeah Robert killing two thirds of the Jews in Europe is just like wearing a piece of fabric on your face. No way in hell will we be back!!!

  This Hotel Needs Some Serious Updating!

  We stayed in their executive suite and were not impressed at all. The fridge and the wallpaper in this suite were from the 1980"s, right down to the shiny brass bathroom fixtures. The room has a hot tub in the room but there is no step up to get into it. It is a real fall hazard and should be fixed, ($10.99 at Walmart for a little stool). The cheap TV package in the room had virtually no channels worth watching at all. When we got into the shower, we found there was not even a little shelf to put the soap, shampoo, etc. on. How do you hold the dang soap while you are showering? As I was drying off I noticed some discoloration at the bottom of the shower. Upon further inspection I found it to be nasty, black mold, and not just a little bit! We were awakened at 6 AM in the morning by the garbage truck slamming the several dumpsters onto the concrete below our room. Between the backup warning system beeps and the banging of the dumpsters, we decided there was no way to get back to sleep. All this in an Executive suite??? We will never stay there again and will not recommend this property to our friends.

  Outdated and lackluster customer service

  We wanted to have a romantic get away for a night. When we checked in at the hotel and went to our room there was a strong smell on marijuana when we walked down the hallway. However, it was a ton stronger when we got to our room. The room with the connecting door the people were smoking marijuana next door. We could care less about that. We just hate the smell and it was literally going into our room. When we called the desk to move to a different room, they said they had no other suites to move us too. They said they would move us to a regular room but did not offer any compensation for the room difference even after we asked. We asked to talk to a manager and we were told there was not one. When we went to talk to them in person They basically shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. There was also a manager standing there who swiftly ducked into the back office. Besides the smell, the 1980s decor needs improvement. The sunken in looking bed, ratty carpet, hot tub, and Formica cabinets in the kitchenette were a blast from the past. We can get over the need for a remodel. But, shame on you for your customer service or lack of. We walked out and went to another hotel. Maybe my donation of a nights stay can go toward your remodeling or training for customer service.

  Great place, I'd book again

  Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Room came with 2 queen beds, coffee maker, microwave & fridge. Coupons for $5.99 breakfast at connected Chadwick's Pub & sports bar. This is a very limited menu for this offer, equivalent of an inexpensive Denny's menu, not a bad thing if you're not looking to spend a lot.

  Reliable, clean, friendly & handy to airport

  Not all that modern but excellent customer service (Marc) at front desk & good food in pub. Our room was spotless. Great to have park & fly shuttle to airport. Will stay again - no concerns or complaints. Thanks
