  We'll come back

  Excellent hotel at the seafront. Nice,small but tidy rooms with balkony, AC, fridge, Sat TV and WiFi. Very good restaurant, nice pool, tennis, bicycles and highly motivated personell. Gala dinner once a week.

  Excellent stay

  The service and the kind staff really give an extra dimension to the stay. Altough they are very proffessional, you get the feeling of a family-driven hotel where they put the customer in first Place Always. We are very pleased with our stay wich was the forth in a row and there will be more.

  My worst seaside holiday stay ever

  I selected this hotel based on reviews. However, my personal experience was quite bad. Negative: 1) the hotel is quite old and probably only partially renovated. In my room we still had wooden frames windows (haven't seen such for ages :)) with very bad sound isolation. When the room door was closing, the windows were shaking.. 2) restaurant was very special. They made there very strict rules with what you can and cannot do, which was very inappropriate for a sea holiday where actually you want to relax! For example, you can serve yourself a salad, but you cannot serve yourself a desert - that has to be done by the waiter! The salads and deserts stay next to each other, with no marks whatsoever for these different rules. I could often observe when a new relaxed guest approaches to select a desert and he is haunted by the waiter with cries "No, it's prohibited. Go back and sit on your chair". Crazy...and very uncomfortable. Especially when you are with kids and want to quickly eat and leave the dining room instead of hunting for the waiter and asking him to bring you food (sometimes also reminding 2 times, losing 5-10 minutes in between). The quality of food also was mediocre. We always had a fresh melon, but almost no other fresh fruits. Also, it was very evident that they re-use unconsumed food many times making other dishes (from lunch to dinner, and I even had an impression from yesterday's lunch to today's lunch) We had a birthday of my daughter during this holiday. So we asked for a cake with candles, with they cordially agreed to provide if we bring our own candles. Then they brought us a standard cake from their desert table, which was, ok, understandable. But imagine my face when they charged us 20 euro for this cake, never mentioning this charge in advance. As we ate only half the cake, they took it and put it back to the desert table. I was happy the food was not spoiled, but still remembering 20 euro charge, I found it quite unfriendly customer approach prevailing in this restaurant. 3) baby club was very disorganized. Quite a frustration, taking into account that we booked this hotel also due to its baby club. 4) almost non-existent entertainment in the evening...my daughter was greatly missing great kids evening program we had on Majorca last summer. Good: 1) very friendly reception personnel. 2) good temperature inside of the hotel (not too cold, not too warm).

  Bibione

  The hotel is really nice, the reception personal were nice and pleasant. Good housekeeping nice and the room was ok. The problem was the restaurant, we came to Italy to eat Italian food, not German food, the setvice personel spoke only italian or German, not french or english. I was disapointed as the benefits of pay the price did not reflect and i felt paying for something that i didnt request. I tried Bibione after 5 years going to the same hotel in cattolica Rimmini area, i would better come back to cattolica next year. I do not advise this hotel for friends and family.

  It is the best hotel in Bibione.

  The staff are kind and attentive. The beach is near and the food is delicious. It is a good opportunity for those people who would like to swim or go on an excursions near the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here.
