  They run a very shadey operation- avoid!

  I made a booking.com reservation, and they canceled my reservation just hour before I arrived, and reason was because they had trouble processing my card- which has happened to me in Ukraine before, and has to do with security functions on my U.S. Card- so I was not completely surprised. But I offered to pay cash on arrival, and they said the rate would be double because I did not book in advance and am paying them directly. Which to me makes no sense, since it was still advertised on the normal rate. I had my traveling companion make a second booking for me last minute, since they had a non-US card which generally worked in Ukraine. We arrived, then they said we needed to pay, my companion took out his card, and they say "you have to pay in cash." Seriously? After all that, they make you pay in cash anyway? Plus they still charged me at the higher rate even though the reservation was made in advance, and should have been processed too! I argued with them, but it became useless. On top of that, they would not give me a receipt, and they also said they did not have change for the cash I paid because they could not make the amount- but that I would get it tomorrow- but they never did when I asked! I almost felt like going to the Police about this operation they do. I advise stay away from this place! I will certainly never go back.

  bad hotel

  it is a bad hotel except for its location, it is good, it is noisy and the employee in the reception very bad, and there is no in most rooms windows, and there is a bad smell in the hotel, and its price very expensive compared to its services.

  filthy and unsafe

  Stayed there one night, it;s apparently used for short (hourly) stays, apparently drunk loud people were coming in and out during night and some even attempted to open my room. Hygiene is terrible. Filthy wc toilet, dusty carpets. Glasses in my room where sticky obviously not even rinsed after previous guests). Ripped beddings. a/c out of service. eclectic heater smell burnt when on. Reckon there's no elevator whatsoever so you'll have to lift the luggage yourself through two staircases. The only positive thing is location, but you'll find lots of B&B in its vicinity for the similar rates. To be avoided.

  Hotel with prison guard

  4* Hotel.....come on.....the manager of the hotel would be an excelent prison guard. The staff of the hotel is well trained in tehniques how to take money from the guests . The are rude,quarrelsome and with poor manners.

  Three separate stays here and fantastic experiences each time. Consistently friendly staff, very nice lounge, and excellent rooms.location also within reach of metro and rail lines, and pricing fair dinkum!
