  Lost Money...

  We were on a road trip and we haven't planned our stay as we had no program and we were just deciding each day were to stay. We found Sakura Inn after a very quick search on a hotel booking site but unfortunately didn't visit trip advisor as well!! This hotel had a good price and was centrally located in a small narrow street in the historic centre of San Remo. Afterwards, we figured out that is entirely with pavement streets and no parking (a thing that might be good for other travelers but not for the ones with a car). When we finally found the hotel we didn't even get inside it as the building's image was more than disappointing! The hotel is on the first floor of a very old, not well maintained and kind of creepy building with a noticeably small and filthy front door were a mysterious man with a lot of tattoos, rings and chains usually sits (we saw him also the next say we accidentally pass by) on the door step! Although we carried our suitcases, it was hot and we were tired of searching, we decided to leave, not even to step into this hotel and start looking for another place to stay although we would lose the money you have already pay for our 1 night stay!!!

  Buen concepto

  Este hotel, ubicado en una calle peatonal, cerca de una calle muy comercial donde hay restaurantes, cafeterías, boutiques, etcétera. Cerca de ahí también esta la playa. El trato de la dueña y/o responsable es bastante bueno, muy amable, al menos la que nos atendio a nosotros solamente hablaba italiano pero se esforzaba por entender el español o el ingles. Un hotel económico, nos costo 60euros la noche para tres personas, la habitación contaba con una cama King size y un privado con una cama individual, el baño contaba con viret y baño amplio, salvo la regadera era muy pequeña

  Thieves. Charged Credit card after we paid cash.

  We booked this room for 1 day. Paid cash. They charged us for 2 days via CC through bookings. Contacted them NO REPLY. Had to block CC payment. Luckily we saved the receipt. Also place is impossible to find. There is no parking anywhere near by. So do yourself a favor and find a decent hotel. It may cost you more but no the stress to deal with these crooks was not worth it.

  good enough

  The entrance to the hotel small and hidden but very good location, in the direct city center, near the Ariston Theatre. Rooms modest, slightly cramped but clean. The price is not high for such a good place.
