  Revivir el pasado

  El hotel respira el lujo colonial en sus instalaciones. Confortable con amplias habitaciones. Personal de servicio amable y siempre dispuesto. Situado enfrente del jardín botánico Kebun Raya con vista al Palacio Residencial. Antes de visitar el jardín botánico se puede disfrutar de un amplio bufet en un ambiente agradable. Sus dos restaurantes ofrecen comida local y occident

  The best hotel in Bogor

  We started our journey through Java from the city of Bogor. There were fears that there were no normal hotels on the island, in some videos of travellers, many scared that it happens that there was no hot water. How surprised we were when we went to the Salak Hotel and found that a room with two large rooms had been allocated for us. We arrived late at night, but despite this fact, we were received very quickly and settled in the room. One room was like a living room, the other like a bedroom. Each room has air conditioning and a TV. Plumbing is decent, clean toilet, there is a bath, very good head of water. Breakfasts are both Indonesian and European, there was a lot to choose from. Another surprise is the internet, which worked for excellent, much better than in Thailand or Bali. One of the hotel 's advantages is its location, opposite Java 's biggest botanical park. By the way, from the window of the restaurant at the hotel you can watch small deer walk there. On our trip we were greatly helped by Irene Odelia, told us where to rent a bike, where to buy tickets for a shuttle bus to the next city, told the best places in the city. Her recommendations were very helpful. As a bonus I was still given a beautiful photo shoot.

  Best combination

  All good, location, room, cleanliness, breakfast, parking.. stayed there booked 2 deluxe rooms.. bathroom already w bathtub.. only downside probably the pool looks bit dirty and the air con in room 534 or 536 is very (very) loud

  Pretty good but could have been better

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night just for a weekend getaway. The location is pretty nice and the check in process ran smooth. The only downside was the room was a bit rundown and seemed pretty aging. The bathtub could have been more cleaner and the plug wasn't even big enough to stop the water from draining. We had to call reception to have the proper size of plug to be delivered to our room in order for us to utilize the bathtub. The AC was still a bit hot though it was in cool mode, max fan speed and in the lowest temperature set. The maintenance guy had to refill the freon. My room was kinda noisy, I think there might be some construction going on coz it's pretty loud. Our car got covered in some sticky substances as we observed it upon leaving the hotel. The other cars parked next to us experienced the same thing. We just had to immediately find the nearest car wash to get our problem fixed. But overall, the staff was nice, the service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet was pretty good with quite a lot of option. I might stay again in the future if they improve their room quality.

  Nice Hotel Across Kebun Raya

  Hotel Salak actually a modern hotel, rich with historical culture. The location is. very strategic, at the center of Bogor, across Kebun Raya Bogor. I often come here once a year, brought my family. My children love to stay here, because in the morning after breakfast, we usually walk to Kebun Raya, and feeding the deers.
