  pleasant stay..

  I stayed at Samrudhii suites, Electronics city during my recent visit to Bangalore. Since this was a very short visit, I was put up here just for a night. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. I liked the rooms. Its quite big. The staffs are very friendly and they give their best to make u feel welcome. May be they recently renovated this property. Overall peaceful stay and nice environment. I just shared the photos..

  Not a very comfortable stay

  As we reached Bangalore at 3 AM in the night and our booking in another place was for 12 noon, we opted to stay here for the interim and it turned out to be quite an uncomfortable decision. The road to reach this place is horrendous especially when it is 3 AM and you have only Google Maps to guide you. It was quite tough reaching there as the roads were full of potholes and looked like it led to the outer-reaches of nowhere. The place itself seemed quite vast and spacious with lots of buildings. More like apartment complexes where the working people can stay for 2 or 3 nights. Our room turned out to be a flat on the ground floor. The bathroom was nothing to write about. The worst part was none of the rooms including the front door had any safety bolt inside. The only security was the room key with which you could lock yourself in. Sleeping peacefully was a bit harrowing as you keep having these images of someone entering the flat with a master key. This one drawback ruined our whole experience and we checked out by 8.30 AM and thankfully, we could check in early into the hotel where we had the booking.

  Not worth the effort

  It is totally not worth the effort of navigating over bad roads to reach this place. Pretty isolated with bad facilities and broken storage shelves. Okay for those people whose workplace is near. Else, please stay in some hotel on the main road. Price was pretty reasonable and the place is big. Even the suite I was given was large but with broken tiles in the bathroom.

  Rooms are good, service is very bad

  Had booked 6 rooms for a family function at this property. Rooms are very good i.e spacious, beds good, however service is pathetic, You need to call them for each and every thing and also remind them several times to get the service.

  Pathetic is an understatement

  Wouldn't recommend it even if you are paid to stay here. Owner is a thief. Staff is rude. Management is dismal. Don't even consider this place as an option. Honestly think TripAdvisor should remove this listing
