  Decepcionante

  Mala limpieza de habitaciones, hotel sin servicios de bar o cenas. Parece sacado de los años 60 simplemente funcional y bien situado. Por lo general buen personal y atento, pero no todos, ni el buffet desayuno se salva. El cuarto de baño da pena y la higiene y la limpieza de las habitaciones es penoso. No lo recomiendo. Me invitaron a irme a las 10:00 porque la habitación sería ocupada más tarde. Lavandería cara y nada que hacer en el hotel salvo ver canales finlandeses sin oportunidad de tv internacional o plataformas tipo Netflix. Cutre

  Hotel precio calidad aconsejable

  Un hotel antiguo, creo el q más, pero ahí está, por algo estará tanto tiempo. Esta muy bien localizado. Esa es su gran ventaja. Para familias hay habitaciones grandes. Por lo menos la nuestra. Camas cómodas. Cuarto de baño algo antiguo pero todo funciona bien. La calefacción es alta por la noche. Hay q avisar en recepción. No hablan castellano pero si te haces el simpático te ayudan. Desayuno bastante aceptable bufet. Quizás Le falta algo de fiambre y más bollería para mi gusto.

  Special Shoutout to Sanni, Hanna and Maarit

  I just wanted to take this opportunity to mention how my stay at this hotel has been extremely pleasant mainly due to the level of service provided by these three ladies. All the processes at the hotel sailed smoothly due to the professional conduct of both Hanna and Maarit. And breakfast time at the hotel was extremely pleasant due to the services provided to me and my family by Sanni who is a part time worker there.

  Not the best hotel.

  The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a bit run down. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. The shower really didn't have any pressure. I wouldn't reccomend.

  Great hotel in Rovaniemi city center

  I stayed at the hotel 6 nights / 7 days in February 2020. My The room (352) was clean and comfortable . Free WiFi is available in all areas. The bathroom was clean , with minimal facilities (only soap , shampoo and hairdryer) . Helpful and polite staff . You can request an electric kettle at the reception . Great breakfast and dinner , with wide range of tasty food .

  A standard hotel showing its age.

  We stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The hotel has everything you need or expect. While available, I did not try the sauna. The rooms were clean and of average size. You can open the window, something I value highly. The beds were a little narrow and reminded me of a hammock. I slept well anyway. The room was much too hot, but the receptionist was very helpful and solved the problem. Breakfast was good, although nothing special. In general, the hotel shows its age. In one way, its the charm of the 50s. But some aspects would benefit from renovation and modernization. The staff, not just the receptionist, but everyone, was very friendly and helpful!

  Unacceptably outdated hotel

  The hotel was last renovated in the 80's latest. A bad smell of an old building in the corridors and the room. The decoration was simply terrible with curtains from the 60's and worn-off wooden furniture of some once-brown colour. A smell of mold in the bathroom. A band-aid on top of the sewer in the shower room. The bed was 80 cm wide. TV was very small. If this was 50 EUR per night then fine, but 200 EUR for a place like this is a robbery in broad daylight.
