  BUEN RESTAURANTE, ENTORNO TRANQUILO

  El hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, las habitaciones y el desayuno son correctos y la cena del restaurante es muy buena. Le falta claramente un fitness room, mejoraría mucho las prestaciones del hotel

  In the middle of nowhere

  A place in which country air meets elegance and taste. Wonderful the sight outside the hotel and the atmosphere that you breathe. Rooms small, clean and functional with a really comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with every kind of food for all palates. Even if its position could let you think that this hotel is not up to its number of stars, i can say that you won't find nothing better. One day I'll come back.

  Good value for money

  Nothing special but it's the best alternative if you need to spend some days in Epe-Gronau and you don't want to book in the Netherlands (only 15 min from EPE by car - highly recommended). Good service, nice room, good breakfast but with no croissants or similar, parking for free, no problems with Wi-Fi.. But no air conditioning (very hot inside the room, not able to rest in summer time) and if your room is near the main road it's very noisly (or you open the window to breathe or you close it to limit the noise but at 30 degrees inside).

  Nice Stay

  Very nice and relaxing hotel with a lot to offer. My room was big and comfortable. The hotel has a wellness center that i did not really find out about until it was too late. I would have liked to know about what was offered so I could have taken advantage of it during my stay.

  6.50 for a bottle of......water!

  A deception. We booked a so called superior room that was small and uninteresting. Yes....it was clean and almost modern, but I will never understand how the by the hotel used term 'superior' could meet our expectations. It is mediocre at best. It is just another simple room in an everyday simple hotel without any special features. And putting a toilet with a glass door next to the shower is an absolute no go. You do not need being a hotelier to know that. The food is okay (we had a dinner and breakfast included in our stay). Salmon as I make it too when friends come by and I need to serve some dinner quickly. There were some veggies and a salad. The fried potatoes where in fact the only highlight. What also was a great deception are the extremely high prices for any drinks served at the table. To ask a regal 6,50 for a small bottle of water, plus 8 for a very uninteresting and simple dry red wine in a barely for a 5th part filled glass, is what we in Germany call an Abzocke, a fraud. The breakfast is absolutely not a Reichhaltiges Frühstück Buffet. Is is very simple and filled with convenience products any Lidl or Aldi will sell you. Most of the time the bread was gone. This hotel needs to reflect on reality. Those extremely high prices are not in accordance with the services and amenities delivered. The staff is the best item of this hotel. But even a great staff cannot hide the overall very mediocre experience. I do not recommend this hotel. For less money you have plenty and far better options within a 25 kilometres range.
