  Very disappointed

  Family holiday 2weeks all inc,very disappointed,should be stated before booking its a german hotel!!! Out of 300 odd rooms us and another English couple were the only English there,the breakfast is german catered for same bratwursts every morning kids lived off pancakes till they got sick of eating same thing all the time. The staff hardly understand English only the odd one does so hard to ask and explain things even the kids struggled at kids club. The food was always undercooked and even off the fresh hot counter served pink and raw and we all had bad stomachs throughout the two weeks there! And the themed meals were repetitive over the two weeks, the ala carte is not for kids so had to miss out on that and if you like pizza and chips daily this is the place for you lol. The pool very clean the rooms are spacious and quite good aircon the only downside is being stuck the lunar park end of the hotel which is booming loud from 5pm till 6am and weekends being the loudest even tho family rooms are supposed to be the opposite end facing the kids park! We got woke up regularly for the last 4 nyts by a dog in a deluxe room opposite ours and when we rang reception at 2am with kids wide awake to be told sorry i dont understand but we cannot do anything as the bosses wife is staying in that room so we cant do anything!!!!! Both kids had numerous bad tummies inc us adults with green diarrhoea wtf!!!! Some of the bar staff in the restaurant were brilliant and had a laugh and always went one step further. Kids liked the free help yourself icecream and easy access to the beach.dissapointed holiday to be honest

  Beach bar

  We visited beach bar because of happy hour on coctails ; all coctails were nicely done, not just water and ice . I recommend to stop by there before you go out! It is not closed just for guests of hotel.

  nice location

  Clean hotel, nice location but food need to improve. The room is a good size and nice sea view. The hotel is a central location close to the beach and bars. The pool bar is not bad but very small. Entertainment staff need to be improved also it's very boring games.

  Recomand hotelul! Este de vis! Perfect for kids Very clean New furniture Smart tv in room Clean and tidy bathroom. Towels are like new. Very good food and variety Good Good service Will go next year Good value ...

  Neptune Beach Hotel is cozy and clean

  During my stay I enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea, the cleanliness of the rooms is at an excellent level. I can say that the service is just great and the hotel staff friendly. The delicious Bulgarian food left the best impression on me. The rooms are huge, which is an added benefit.
