Hotel funcional cerca de la estación de tren/metro
UBICACIÓN: La primera sorpresa que nos llevamos al llegar al hotel fue su excelente ubicación. Sabíamos que el hotel estaba cerca de la estación Shin-Osaka porque, antes de viajar a Japón, habíamos buscado la dirección en Google, pero no podíamos imaginar que estuviera tan cerca: ¡a tan sólo 2 minutos andando! Anexa a la estación de tren Shin-Osaka, se encuentra la parada de metro del mismo nombre (línea de metro Midosuji Line) que conecta dicha estación con monumentos emblemáticos (como el Castillo de Osaka) y con el centro de la ciudad, a unos tres kilómetros de distancia del hotel. INSTALACIONES: El hotel cuenta con servicio de transfer al aeropuerto, así como servicio de masajes y peluquería, un gimnasio y una floristería. El servicio de consigna de equipaje y la conexión WiFi son gratuitos, además de muy rápidos. Pero si por algo destaca este hotel, además de contar con una ambientada cafetería, es por los dos restaurantes que dispone en la planta 23, con vistas a la ciudad. Uno es de comida china y el otro de comida tradicional japonesa. Aunque en los alrededores del hotel también hay más locales de restauración (Starbucks, McDonalds, combinis, pizzerías) así como en la propia estación Shin-Osaka. HABITACIONES: Las habitaciones se reparten en tres categorías: habitaciones individuales, habitaciones dobles y dobles superiores. Asimismo, el hotel divide cada una de estas categorías en dos tipos de habitación: las económicas y las deluxe. La diferencia radica, además de en el precio, en la decoración de los dormitorios: las habitaciones deluxe están decoradas con mobiliario más moderno. Por lo demás, poseen las mismas medidas y prestaciones. Nosotros creemos que no merece la pena pagar la diferencia de precio ya que todas tienen suelo de moqueta, aire acondicionado y calefacción, un escritorio, televisión de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite, una pequeña nevera y un hervidor eléctrico con bolsas de té verde, zapatillas, secador y amenities para el baño. Es importante especificar en la reserva qué tipo de habitación quieres: de fumadores o no fumadores. RESERVA / PRECIO: Nosotros pagamos 561 euros en total (es decir, 80 euros por noche) por una Habitación Doble del 09 al 16 de Abril (7 noches). EN RESUMEN: PROS: - Ubicación excelente: de fácil acceso desde la estación de shinkansen/metro y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. - Extraordinariamente limpio. - El personal es eficiente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Hablan inglés. CONTRAS: - En los restaurantes del hotel el precio de las comidas (desayuno, almuerzo, cena) es un poco elevado. Se puede comer igual de bien y más barato en los alrededores del hotel. - Calidad/precio: fue el hotel más caro de todo nuestro viaje por Japón. Great location
The hotel is located close to Shin-Osaka station which is great. As long as you take the right exit you will be able to see the hotel, though there is no English. Just follow the website for details. The hotel is nice and clean and the usual are available..ie fridge, wifi and laundry. We opted for breakfast one day and it was buffet for 1400 yen. There are only four washer/dryer and they do get lots of tour groups. Staff speaks poor English but you can get by. There is a Japanese and Chinese restaurant in the 23rd floor. A cafe on the ground floor. AC doesn't work when it's cold outside but you can open the window wide. Room itself is fairly small but pretty standard Japanese business class room. Key card has room number on it and could be a safety issue if you lose it. Staff not helpful with luggage delivery forms. There is a convenience store downstairs and 7/11 close by. Shin-Osaka station had loads of food options. Nearby there are also some restaurants as well.

Convenient location, amazing breakfast spread
Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main (Shinkansen) train station, and surrounded by several good pancake restaurants and pubs. Rooms are small in typical Japanese fashion, but comfortable. Breakfast spread is really good, and the view of the surrounding area can't be beat.

Good location with excellent breakfast
Was in Osaka for a conference back in June 2019, and this was the nominated hotel to stay at. The location is good, a short walk away from Shin Osaka station. There was a convenience store incredibly nearby the hotel, as well as ample dining options within a 10min walking radius. The hotel staff spoke reasonable english, and checking in was a smooth process. They were also helpful in terms of any baggage storage needs as well as helping to call a taxi. The hotel is a bit dated, however some parts of the hotel seem to be refurbished. I unfortunately was given a room that was a bit dated, and while you can feel the tiredness of the decor and furniture, cleanliness in both the room and common areas was of a good standard. Staying at a upper floor, the view from the room was also excellent. I had also booked for breakfast as part of my stay and this was a very pleasant surprise. The cuisine was more of a Japanese style, but the selection was great, and the quality of food was incredibly good. From the breakfast crowd, it seemed the hotel catered towards more of a domestic and business travel crowd rather than international tourists. Additionally, while the location is close to a main station, it is not necessarily the most tourist-centric area. I'd say it'll be a good place to stay if there's something you need to do in the area, but otherwise, may not necessarily be a go-to. The breakfast though is something I will definitely miss.

I do not recommended for long term stays
23 4 The large hotel is located near Shin-Osaka Station, because of having a height of 23 floors, you'll find it easy. Because the hotel has a very large number of rooms, it is easy to use even for large numbers. The fact that prices are reasonable may be one of the factors chosen by many guests. However, the road at the south exit of Shin-Osaka is very complicated. Even though the hotel is right in front of you, you'll find it difficult to reach. It may be easier to access it from Nishinakajima Minamikata Station. The size of the rooms and bathrooms is not much different from that of a common business hotel. They are kept very clean. However, the passage of each floor is narrow. If you have a large package, you may find it difficult to pass by people. Despite having four elevators, arrival to the floor is slow(It may not be helped if a large number of guests are using it). The service of the staff is very polite, but not very efficient. In addition to serving a small number of people, there are no bells at the front desk to call staff, so you may be often kept waiting. This hotel is fine if you are staying for a short term, but not recommended for long term stays.
