  Bien pero...

  El lobby y la recepción son espectaculares. Buena ubicación pues se encuentra al lado del metro y la estación del tren de Shin Yokohama. Pero las habitaciones son una decepción. Todo el mobiliario es antiguo y mal conservado. Lo peor son las alfombras. Urge un cambio. No lo recomiendo mucho.

  Great hotel near Shin Yokahama station.

  This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to assist us. It is very convenient for the Shin Yokohama station. Just take the North exit, towards the arena exit sign. There are many shops and restaurants at the station and at the hotel. There is a great supermarket selling wonderful food on the bottom level of the hotel. The hotel even gave us a phone to use for free. This was extremely useful for Google maps and catching the trains etc. The shower was amazing and the wonderful heated toilet seat. The beds were a bit hard but we got used to them. You can see Mt Fuji also from the room on a clear day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Excellent location

  Stayed only 1 night before catching the Shinkansen to Kyoto. The staff were fantastic and we upgraded to a larger room for a small increase to our original booking cost. The hotel is very quiet and nicely appointed. A lovely room with a sofa and cup sized filter coffee was provided. Loved the pyjamas that were also provided. Location is outstanding - just next to train station and an enormous range of restaurants. Two shopping malls, one across the road and the other on top of the station. We also bought tickets to the Ramen Museum at a discounted price, and it was an easy walk from the hotel to the museum ( easy to follow map was provided).

  Neat but not what I want

  I always stayed in Shin Yokohama, always walked by Grace hotel and it was looking elegant outside though it is a smaller hotel. However, the room is really small, dated, not the one I like. I tried its breakfast, I thought it were held on the lobby which attracts me to try this hotel, however, it is not and it was held in the basement! It is no view, muddy dark feeling. I find the local Japanese likes this hotel, however not to me.

  Quiet oasis in a busy area

  I liked this hotel. We stayed when the restaurant, bar and room service were closed for renovation so I can't comment on them but there are lots nearby so that wasn't a problem. The staff are very helpful. We opted for a deluxe twin knowing that rooms can be small in Japan and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was peaceful as the hotel is quite small Some hotels have bigger choices but we were very happy with breakfast which could be Western or Japanese style. The dining aþrea was pretty. It's very convenient to Shin Yokohama station. A "very good" from me and I don't use that often
