  Quality is above budget hotel. Parking coupon needed on weekday from 8 am to 6pm. Locate at town center, convenient to go many place, nearby lot of shopping center, and many place to eat Will come again

  Cost effective

  We stayed for a night just for quick stop before continuing our journey to Kemaman, Terengganu. Arrived quite late (1.30AM) and exhausted due to long drive from Selangor and it was a working day. Not putting our expectation so high (budget hotel) but we were surprised by the hotel cleanliness, room and amenities. Despite the ungodly hours, the receptionist greeted us with a smile and provided us useful information e.g we need to buy parking tickets even on Saturdays. That is not a big deal at all since there was a 7 eleven conveniently located same row as the hotel. Our room is quite small but comfortable. The aircond and TV works just find. Good water pressure and the long windows makes the room less stuffy and provides good view too. Overall it was a comfortable stay for a very minimum cost!

  Got raid by JAIP (Annoying for us travellers) . I was alone and i dont think that is necessary anymore in 2019.

  The place is quite decent. Downstairs got 7E and restaurant. Close to bandar. At 4am i got raid by JAIP. I didnt do anything wrong but the way they rushed in really ruined the experience. That is alll

  Great hotel for quick drop

  One of my favourite budget hotel, the interior is clean and a small version of modern hotel, enough for a quick overnight stay for a busy stopover. Very near Teluk Cempedak, i walked to coastal beach for morning walk

  Cringeworthy

  Well for the price we paid, I guess I should not have had any expectations but at least the bathroom should be clean. Instead the wls are covered with black stains in the cracks of the tiles, the shower glass, sink and toilet seat even floor are stained whi h is very disgusting. There were enough space for clothes. At night we saw a bany cockroach. Really could not wait to leave the hotel.
