  A MUST to stay

  I recently had the most relaxing and amazing stay here at the Arise Soda apartments in West End. From the seamless and flawless check in from the wonderful Lyn and Kim on the reception desk to their welcoming manner, I already knew that my time there was something that I would definitely enjoy. My one bedroom suite 1202, by hotel room standards was exceptional in more ways than one with the option of being a self serviced suite or being on the dining restaurant/cafe strip that West End is,unbelievable. This unique property group esp the Soda team and it's locale is second to none in price per night, location to all amenities, and more importantly a well appointed room to rival any five star hotel in the Brisbane area. My "suite" 1202 is was meticulous when I arrived and the wonderful housekeeping staff were friendly and always accommodating if I needed fresh towels or coffee sachets for my kitchen. I implore any travellers whether you are in town for a few days or a night to certainly consider staying at the Soda apartments in West End as I know that when I'm back in town for a few days next time, I'll be definitely calling on Lyn and Kim, the ultimate professionals on how Guests should be looked after when staying with them at the Soda apartments.   Lots of Positives

  Stayed on a 2 night Tripadeal in a 1 Bedroom Apartment and overall, it was a great stay. The apartment was spacious, with comfy furniture and bed. Full size fridge and nice bathroom. There is also a vestibule and tiny outside balcony. The vestibule provides good noise deadening for the lounge room as the property is in a noisy part of Brisbane and traffic noise rises from the streets with great effect.... unfortunately there is no such relief in the bedroom, so pack earplugs if you want to sleep past about 5am..and I was on the 18th floor! Bathroom supplies are a little minimal with one tiny soap provided for 2 days. There was a small vial of shower gel, but I hate the stuff. A big plus at the property is the recreation area on the fifth floor. Two gym rooms (see photos) provide everything a gym junkie needs and there is a games room, great pool and a big asset for visitors with kids is an outdoor cinema which shows kids movies on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall a great stay and I would stay again, close to lots of pubs and restaurants and not far to the city or Southbank.

  Won't be back.

  Booked long weekend for our 30th wedding anniversary, as we have stayed here a few times. Missed a call from them at 9am as we were mid flight.When I tried to return call it went to message bank. We were previously told directly on more than one occasion on the phone, that the second room would have two single beds - for our 20 and 23 year old children. Arrived at 2pm to be told not available without any further attempt to contact us. We asked for another room which they gave us the following day (meant we had to delay our unpack). Receptionist advised a temporary bed was in the room, which it wasn't. Receptionist shrugged at all our concerns saying she was new and couldn't do anything about it. Room was tired and carpet grubby 1404. Room next day was better 1604. Disappointed and won't be back.

  Good price for a lovely spacious apartment! Nice staff!

  Stayed in a three bedroom apartment, really nice and spacious, balcony was awesome! The receptionist that was working was so lovely and helpful, I believe her name was Leanne? She was working Saturday the 16th jan and checked us in at 3:00, she was probably the reason I decided to stay as I called a few places to book and she was so lovely and helpful I felt very looked after and welcome.

  Arise Soda 2 bdrm Appartment

  We enjoyed a great apartment at. Clean and comfortable. All the equipment you could need in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the proximity to all the activities available in South Bank, West End etc. we will certainly become regulars when we want to have a night out in town. Special mention for the outstanding customer service provided by Lynn at reception. She is certainly an asset to Arise Soda. Thank you.
