  Hotel de diseño, con sus pros y sus contras

  El hotel esta bien situado y es bastante peculiar, con mucho diseño. Las habitaciones son mas bien pequeñas y eche en falta una mesa de trabajo donde poner el ordenador y poder escribir mails y demas. El restaurante esta muy bien decorado y la comida es decente, asi como el desayuno. Es interesante que en el mismo edificio hay una muy buena sala de conciertos.

  Good hotel in good location

  We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. I was attending a conference at the nearby Law Faculty, and the hotel had been booked for me by the local conference organisers. We had room 808, which was a good size room with a big bed and spacious bathroom. It was at the far end of the corridor through a glass door and right on the emergency staircase, which was very hot and stuffy. The room's air conditioning was fine up to a point - the hot afternoon sun on an day with above-average temperature turned the room into a sauna (despite all the curtains being closed), and even after several hours, the room had cooled down only a little bit. That was the one drawback to note. Breakfast was fine - good choice of hot and cold food, and drinks. Not an overwhelming choice - but we wouldn't have a full range of food options at home either, so it was nice to be able to vary our breakfast (I am responding to an earlier reviewer complaining about lack of choice). The restaurant was very nice for dinner. Overall, I'd be happy to stay here again. PS: the lift may be a challenge for you if you suffer from fear of heights (like me) as it is a glass lift on the outside of the building.

  Ideal for a business trip

  A nice, clean hotel. Rooms are not very spacious. We had two random chairs which took up space and weren't required. An iron is available if you ask reception at no cost. However there are no tea making facilities in the room which is disappointing for Brits as we love our cuppa. The cafe near reception opens later in the day and shuts by 10. There us only a pizza place and pub nearby otherwise you have to get a 10 minute taxi into town for cafes, restaurants etc which costs about £3-4.. staff are polite. Only 1 lift was working which was annoying. If there is a party on then it gets very noisy even if yiur on the 8th floor. Overall we had a good stay which included breakfast.

  Very good stay

  The room decor was funky but everything was very new and the bed was the most comfortable of our trip. We were there on a Saturday and there was no noise from the music club. Loved the floor to ceiling wall of windows. The room had a safe and mini-fridge. Spacious bathroom with great rainhead shower. Free parking in hotel garage was good. Small TV had CNBC and Bloomberg Europe for english channels. Wifi worked great. We took tram #3 which runs right by the hotel into the center of Brno (ticket 25 CZK). Its a quick ride (4 stops) - you could walk it in about 20-25 minutes. There is a nearby Billa (700m). Breakfast was good. We walked to Butcher's and had a great dinner there.

  Stylish

  Nice hotel in Brno, very stylish rooms. Some room for improvement concerning furniture (minor stains on chair) and shower. I do recommand the suites in the 9th (top) floor. Good breakfast. Free parking for hotel guests! Altogethere I enjoyed my stay very much (business trip) and plan to come back for a weekend with my beloved one.
