  Great Place

  South Beach is a very clean, very friendly and a good sense of humor with ALL STAFF, I cannot say enough about the staff, it's like walking into a family reunion where family don't see each other for a long time and when they see you, it is the best place to be, very friendly, kind caring and understanding, the first thing you see when you walk in the door are smiling, welcoming faces.   Great Stay

  We have stayed in this hotel several times and always find it to be very clean and comfortable with great staff! We dont gamble so no comment on the casino. We do have breakfasts here before heading to the city or the beach and are always happy with the food and great service!

  Great days at the beach

  Just finished a 3 night stay at South Beach. We had a fantastic time. After being in lockdown for so long due to the pandemic this was such a wonderful and needed break. South Beach is doing all that they can to ensure the safety of guests and staff with social distancing, continuous cleaning and disinfecting, and other safety procedures in place. Theyve brought in a lot of additional staff to look after cleaning and safety. We felt comfortable and well looked after. The staff was excellent, friendly and efficient, as always. Great service is pretty much routine here and they rarely disappoint. The staff always makes us feel so welcomed. We are so glad we took this getaway. We will definitely return, highly recommended!

  Cleanliness, Sanitization, Friendliness All Top Notch

  Spent three nights at South Beach and can't say enough about how great the experience was. From the time we walked in the front door to the time we left, we were treated royally. The rooms were exceptional having been sanitized prior to our stay. There were no items in the room, ie coffee maker, ironing board, iron due to COVID, but all items were quickly brought on request. Both the hotel and the casino went above and beyond our expectations for doing everything they can during the crisis. Thank you to all staff for a really great experience. We'll be back!!!

  Really impressed!

  My husband and I stayed here a couple of weekends ago and wanted to say how impressed we were. We are avid Vegas go-ers, so we decided to give South Beach a try. We have never being there before so we werent sure what to expect, especially during the pandemic. As soon as we got there it was mandatory to sanitize and be wearing a mask. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. Any questions we had were answered with friendliness. We joined the Players Club and that was really easy too. Walking into ANY room at the Casino (ie. restaurant, main casino floor and separate Slot room, we had to sanitize our hands. Workers were cleaning machines constantly. The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and we never had to wait in any line up. The food was all delicious as well. The restaurant staff were friendly and really accommodating (it got really busy at times). Our room was a suite and it was huge!! We really enjoyed the spacious living room area. All in all, our experience was above and beyond any expectations we may have had and we are already planning our next mini-vacation at South Beach.   Special thanks to Brianne, Sabrina, Suzanne, and Cam who really made us feel welcome and made our trip so enjoyable!
